The cabin is a compact accommodation solution of 20 m2 + a patio. In the cabin, there are two 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a 160 cm bed if you want to snuggle up a bit. The cottage also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults. The cottage is primarily intended for 2 people or 2 + a child. The cottage was completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Cast slab on ground with underfloor heating. Enjoy the lovely view of the lake. Ample Parking.

Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Välkommen till en genuin svensk stuga från slutet av 1800-talet, vackert belägen i Sävast mellan Luleå och Boden. Omgiven av älv, skog och öppna fält erbjuder den en lugn och naturnära vistelse. Stugan är varsamt renoverad med modern komfort för både semester och arbete. Tillgång till bastu och träningsmöjligheter på gården. Endast 5 minuters promenad till skidspår, älv och buss. 15 minuters promenad till matbutik samt 15 minuter med buss till centrum och tågstation. Flygplats nås på 40 minuter.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna charmiga lägenhet. Lägenheten ligger naturskönt 1 mil utanför Luleå centrum. I ett lugnt område med ängar och skog runtom. Det finns många fina promenadstigar och på vintern fina skoterspår. Lägenheten har det mesta man behöver. Det finns en 90 cm säng och en bäddsoffa med 140 cm madrass. Vid behov kan extra madrass tas in. Städning utförs av värden Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
