Apartment "Main House" The apartment consists of a porch, a hall, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a pantry, a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with three beds and a large kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with articles of daily use like dishes, towels, bedclothes and so on. All existing devices (TV, radio, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board) can be used. In order to protect the environment hot water is heated by a solar system. Also, the power used is largely produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter the apartment is heated with an Pellet central heating but can also be heated with a wood stove. Firewood is provided. Wireless internet is available free of charge. There is also a second apartment named “Stüberl” in the former farmhouse. The second apartment can be rented separately.

The cottage is located in close proximity to the forest in a semi-secluded area in the small village of Václavov. You will find absolute privacy and peace. The accommodation is suitable for year-round recreation for friendly families or a group of friends. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful sunny terrace. We have wifi, parking is right next to the house. In the garden you will find a covered seating area with a fireplace, barbecue, children's swings, slide, trampoline, bicycle shed. In summer, you can take both hiking and cycling trips around Czech Canada. The town of Slavonice is 7 km away.

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

A family house overlooking Landštejn Castle in the middle of the Česká Kanada nature park, not far from the Austrian border. Included in the accommodation is coffee and a Finnish sauna. The accommodation does not have facilities for children from 2 to 12 years of age. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to stay with pets due to the asthma and allergies of the owners of the house. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use.
