Good storage facilities if you would choose to stay for a longer period. The property is centrally located in Karlskrona and is close to grocery stores, the sea, gym, train station, public transport and shopping.

Huset ligger i utkanten av ett villaområde i Nättraby, en mil från Karlskrona. Badplats 2 km, affär 1 km och naturen inpå. Under 2026 kommer nya hus att byggas cirka 100-200 m ifrån huset.
