In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for up to 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are available. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are held here from time to time.

For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
