We offer you a unique villa in close proximity to the spa metropolis of Karlovy Vary with a direct entrance to the forest. The house has a relaxing terrace on the first floor, billiards and table football in the hall. The house has an open fireplace and an outdoor hot tub. Near the house there are bike paths and trails for hiking, the property is on the outskirts of the Ore Mountains. The privacy of visitors is ensured by a completely fenced plot with grown trees around the perimeter and with private parking.

Apartment 1504 Rezidenece Moser Karlovy Vary

The Apartment is a part of the Moser Residence complex located 2 km from the center of Karlovy Vary. The complex boasts with a heated 10m swimming pool, Finnish sauna, private wellness, fitness, reception, parking, electric bike rental and bike and ski storage. Karlovy Vary is a renowed spa town enticing visitors around the globe with its healing springs and colonnades, beautiful center and world-famous film festival. The Klínovec Ski Resort is only about 20-minute drive away.

Deerhut with whirpool

Moderní stylová chata v nádherné horské vesnici v Krušných horách. Vlastní koupací sud s vířívkou - vytápění dřevem. Za příplatek (450 Kč na den (20€)). V případě 4 a více dní sleva na 300 Kč na den (13 €)). Neomezené užívání. 15 minut autem do lyžařského areálu Klínovec. Terasa se střechou. Chata má vlastní zahradu. Je chráněna ze tří stran stromy. Topení možné pouze v krbu. Pokud chcete parkovat u chaty když je sníh, je nutné mít auto 4x4 ( chata není u hlavní cesty).

Celoročně je možné využít nedaleké Aquacentrum Agricola, koupaliště Ostrov(cca 10 minut autem)nebo Bazénové centrum v Karlových Varech. ✅Výhodou nadstandardně vybaveného apartmánu je příslušenství pro dětské hosty, (postýlka, jídelní židlička, WC sedátko, lehátko do sprchy) a zazemí pro psy (pelíšek, misky).

Před budovou je Vám v případě zájmu k dispozici naše jedno vyhrazené stání za poplatek 12€/noc (rezervace nutná). Zaparkovat lze i na vedlejších stání na parkovací hodiny.
