This studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. It is located in the city center, but in a side street. It is very peaceful and quiet, and yet just a few steps away from shops, the market, and a bakery. The beach, port and restaurants are also nearby. Everything is within walking distance, so you don't need a car at all. You can park your car in a private parking lot inside the enclosed yard.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.
