Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kargıcak Beach

The apartment is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet with easy access to the city center of Alanya. There is also a nice beach on walking distance from the apartment and many supermarkets nearby which was really nice. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend staying at Bella Rose Apartments :)

Снимали квартиру на неделю но к сожалению пришлось уехать раньше. Хозяйка квартиры Людмила отнеслась с пониманием и без проблем согласилась на возврат средств ( что встречается довольно редко в данной сфере) Квартира не большая но достаточно уютная. Чисто, достаточное количество постельных принадлежностей и посуды. По нашей просьбе предоставили детскую кровать и бонусом даже стульчик для питания( малышу 1,6л. очень пригодился). Удобное расположение, близость к пляжу и всевозможных магазинов, рынков. Отдельно хотела бы выделить именно хозяйку квартиры Людмилу! Очень приятная и доброжелательная женщина. Я то в этом убедилась сама. Так как забыла в квартире свою золотую цепь с кулоном и уехала домой. Людмила её нашла и согласилась вернуть, даже предложив свою помощь в вариантах отправки украшения! За что я ей очень благодарна! Не часто приходится встречаться с такими людьми. Поэтому с уверенностью могу сказать, что обязательно вернемся ещё !

Красивая квартира в хорошем районе. Есть парковка, общественная, но места всегда есть. Ухоженная территория внутри комплекса, приветливый персонал. Приятное общение с хозяином квартиры. Впечатления очень приятные как от места проживания так и от общения с хозяином апартаментов.

Hi, I knew straight away that when I come back from vacation the first thing I would do is leave a great review because I was incredibly pleased with the penthouse we got. It was very clean, it was 2-5 minutes to the beach, near the center. There is nothing to complain about and if we had problems we informed the host and he answered us very quickly and that was very important to us that he was always available whether early or very late I also have to say that we unfortunately had some problems and were late and didn't arrive at the correct check-in time however the host was very friendly and politely greeted us and waited for us. There was also a security guard at all times who looked after the entire facility. The neighbors were all super polite and nice people, there is nothing to complain about, I would recommend to everyone. Hallo, ich wusste sofort, wenn ich aus dem Urlaub zurückkomme, ist das erste, was ich tun würde, eine tolle Bewertung abzugeben, weil ich mit dem Penthouse, das wir bekommen haben, unglaublich zufrieden war. Es war sehr sauber, es waren 2-5 Minuten zum Strand, in der Nähe des Zentrums . es gibt nichts zu beklagen und wenn wir probleme hatten haben wir den gastgeber informiert und er hat uns sehr schnell geantwortet und das war uns sehr wichtig, dass er immer erreichbar war ob früh oder sehr spät ich muss auch sagen, dass wir leider etwas probleme hatten und spät dran waren und nicht zur richtigen Check-in-Zeit ankamen, jedoch war der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und begrüßte uns höflich und wartete auf uns.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean and it looked even better in real life. The location was superb - the beach just 2 min walk, Teleferik 5 min walk, Migros supermarket 5min walk, the main shopping street about 10 min walk, the Marina around 20 min walk and plenty of caffes/restaurants just on your doorstep...There is also a fish/fruit and vegetable market about 25 min away... The pool was a great extra, especially in the afternoon when it was shady. It was cleaned every day and there were always sunbeds available! I can't recommend Mat' s apartment enough! Just beware when booking excursions on the street - we have booked a jeep safari to Dimcayi river but instead we were given a mini bus. I would recommend a Sherlock Holmes company to book with (it is at the end of the street once you turn left from the apartment).

Отличная квартира с прекрасным видом на море, развитая инфраструктура, в квартире есть все необходимое. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, нам все понравилось.

A very lovely and luxury apartment with everything you need in it! Easy to check in and the host is very kind and fast in responding. The kitchen was great with a lot of kitchen utensils and good quality of white goods from Bosch. Very cosy livingroom and bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home. I stayed 2weeks for work and vacation. The best place I have stayed in Alanya. Gym, sauna and hamam att bottom floor of the building was also really nice. Security guard in building from morning to evening. Walking distance to beach (200 m) and 2min walk to Migros and pharmacy. Thank you Adina for a very pleasant stay!

An idyllic vacation place in Gazi Pasha We spent two weeks in August 23 at Ercan’s place and highly recommend it. LOCATION: although away from the seashore, the villa’s location is truly an asset. It stands on a hillside, offering a marvelous view of the sea and the town. The walk to the sea is a little more than a kilometer. FACILITIES and INTERIOR: The villa is part of a complex with its own swimming pool, with restricted access. So it is clean and quiet. HOST: Ercan met us to show the way to the villa, and it was very thoughtful of him, for one can easily get lost in the labyrinth of the mountainous winding roads. He also shared very useful tips as to the best places around GP and remained available throughout our stay. It is really nice to know there’s somebody whom you can ask if you need help.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Aussicht. Am Morgen auf der Terrasse Frühstück mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Am Abend das Abendrot über dem Meer bewundern. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Kinder war es super, dass der Spielplatz direkt gegenüber war. Check in und check out haben problems funktioniert und Ferdi war gut erreichbar und hat auf Anregungen oder Fragen direkt reagiert und agiert. wir bedanken uns für die schönen 5 Wochen und wünschen Ferdi alles Gute weiterhin!

Ailemle birlikte 1 haftalık konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Ev sahipleri gercekten çok ilgili ve iyi insanlar. Her türlü konuda yardımcı oldular. Evin konumu sahile ve marketlere çok yakın, yürüyerek çok rahat bir sekilde her yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Yüzmek istediğinizde 10 dk içinde kendinizi denizin içinde bulabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca ev gayet sakin ve huzurlu bir çevredeydi. Evin her yeri çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Aynı şekilde evdeki tüm havlular ve çarşaflar çok temizdi. Mobilyalar, beyaz eşyalar ve mutfak eşyaları hepsi yeni ve kullanışlı. Yataklar çok rahat ve ihtiyacımız olan tüm eşyalar mevcuttu. Her odada klima mevcut sıcaklardan hiç etkilenmedik. Akşamları bahçede veya terasta oturup bişeyler içmek çok huzur vericiydi. Kısaca ailecek kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yine yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden burada konaklamak isteriz. Her şey için tekrardan teşekkür ederiz.

3 aile konakladığımız evin manzarası çok güzeldi. Evin planı çok kullanışlıydı. Sadece evin bazı yerleri ufak bakıma ihtiyaç duyuyor. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Polecam ten dom, Gospodarz bardzo miły, dom pięknie położonym blisko plaży, prywatnie położony,. Duży dom z klimatyzacją, wszytko co potrzebne na miejscu, dwie duże łazienki, duży basen bezpiecznie oddzielony od tarasu, co było ważne dla pobytu z dzieckiem. Gospodarz polecił dobrą restaurację z widokiem na port w dobrej cenie dania. Najbliższy sklep ok 400 m, widok na zachód słonca. Najlepszy nasz pobyt, będziemy chcieli tu powrócić.

Everything went well and the location is very well situated. I loved the apartment and the city! Everything went as expected 🙏🏻

Остановится у Бирола и Гульсум было спонтанным решением о котором я не пожалела. Это было по настоящему потрясающе. Я попала к замечательной семье❤️, которые сделали моё пребывание у них, максимально комфортным и уютным. Я чувствовала себя частью семьи. Навсегда запомню наши оживленные беседы/завтраки/вечера. И кусочек моёго сердца остался с прекрасной Гульсум и замечательным Биролом. Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Birol ve Gülsüm'ün yanında kalmak pişman olmadığım spontan bir karardı. Gerçekten muhteşemdi. Sonunda konaklamamı olabildiğince konforlu ve rahat hale getiren harika bir aileyle birlikte oldum. Kendimi bir ailenin parçası gibi hissettim. Canlı sohbetlerimizi/kahvaltılarımızı/akşamlarımızı sonsuza dek hatırlayacağım. Ve kalbimin bir parçası güzel Gülsüm'de ve harika Birol'da kaldı. Bunları tercih ederek yolculuğunuzda en doğru kararlardan birini vermiş olacaksınız.

Kerim’s hjem er super ren og rigtig flot. Der var desuden god plads til os alle en stor familie med 3 store børn. Svømmepool lige udenfor, det samme med stranden ☀️ på bagsiden findes der alle de butikker og restauranter så der er lidt godt til alle. Kerim er nem at kontakte. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet og har lyst til at komme igen. Som beskrivelsen og billederne.
