What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

The place is comfortable, the location is good, the host was friendly and answered questions quickly. They asked me to bring salt, half an hour later I was already at the door. Clean, air conditioning, comfortable balcony. I recommend it!

Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

best place to live in Fathiye, lovely host.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

We had a very nice holiday, the only problem we had was a little bad because it was raining, but otherwise it was very nice

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his hospitality. The house was as described. She provided a lot of products that I could count in the basic needs category for the kitchen and bathroom. (Oil,shampoo, dish soap, etc.) The view of the house and the view of the terrace were excellent. However, the pool is the place to say that it does not see any sun. The pool may be a little cold in September October, but this doesn't require breaking points. We were satisfied. See you again…

Our stay at Nazmi Bey Villa was very nice. The villa was exactly the same as it appeared in the photos. From the moment we checked into the villa, we felt like we were in our own home. The pool was very hygienic and cleaned by the attendants every day. Although we had two private children, we were very comfortable in the Villa. When there was any problem, Mr. Nazmi solved it very quickly. It was within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We would love to come back with my family and would definitely recommend it.

Very far from city center, so it is a good choice if you are staying longer than a day or two. The house is very small but perfect for a couple. Coffee maker, but no coffee, no drinking water, no tea bags. The roosters are LOUD and started crowing at 1:30 am! Ahmet. his mom and dad were very attentive to our needs.

Hello, I can express our stay as follows. It felt like my own home was here, I just enjoyed the vacation. If this is my route next year, I will communicate again, Mr. Melih and Mr. Recep. No doubt. Thank you for everything.

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

We had a pre Christmas family get together and this was the perfect venue. Even though it was rainy the place was really cosy. Lots of atmosphere and when the sun came out, walks in the neighborhood were great. Not sure if there were restaurants etc close by, but we had a car and drove down to Gocek where there were plenty of restaurants, cafes etc to choose from.

Abdullah and his wife were amazing hosts, they were extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, it was also a very safe neighbourhood. Central Fetihye was a 10/15 minute drive and all the shops and touristy bits were there.

Great place for rest. We spent here a week with my kids and really enjoyed this place..

There were four of us in the accommodation. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectations immeasurably. Everything was super nice and very private. The hosts were so kind and helpful. For German standards, the accommodation was very upscale, luxurious and lovingly furnished. In the kitchen there was everything and the electrical appliances were all clean and new. The bedrooms were both air-conditioned. The place was nicer than the pictures in the ad.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. The images do not do the house justice. As you drive through the forest for a few minutes towards the house you are surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The house is within a secure fenced off part of the mountain with massive electric gates. There were always at least 2 of the kindest most gentle helpful men around the property ( they stay in the villa behind you - you never see them as there villa is set back, but they are literally a call away and are only too happy to order taxi open the gates for friends or organise anything, as too is the pool cleaner. We didn’t hire a car taxis are cheap. They had the cutest, quietest Pomeranian dog that my 4 daughters fell in love with. The staff were amazing - the house is beyond beautiful. Literally a James Bond house - what the images don’t explain is the fact that you are in the middle of a mountain. The energy and peace that the property offers in the vast mountain and wonderful home set in the pine forest - see you next year

This was a stunningly beautiful setting to stay. The outdoor space/view is wonderful to wake up to and to watch the ever changing light into the evening. Swimming each day surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Furkan was on hand for any questions too and very supportive/helpful. If you want to escape somewhere beautiful this is the place.

The house was just as it appeared in the photos, even nicer! During our stay, we felt at home. Everything we needed was thought out and complete. The hosts were also very warm and welcoming, and gave us a great welcome. Thank you so much for everything, we can't wait to come back

Great spot in a gorgeous and remote mountain town, very close to incredible beaches and away from the hectic touristy parts of Fethiye and Oludeniz. The owners have several houses on the property so you can book a few if you have a big group!

Great house in a lovely rural location. safak was very prompt in replies and very helpful. very clean and tidy home. cockerals get a bit of getting used to early morning, but listening to the waves from the bedroom was lovely. it worked well for us without a car. buses easy to get in 5 minutes walk, to get into fethiye if you want. (go every 15 mins) ..and if you don't want, then you can eat at the Kafi next door on the yonka Lodge beach front. and there is a cheaper cafe along past club tuana on the public beach front. you can also buy activities from the beach front business at club tuana. (we did a snorkel boat trip and also hired the catarmaran). very helpful and friendly staff there too. a local taxi company 10 mins walk away too. ..all these can be found on Google, and were very friendly and helpful and reliable. nearby small "gift store" does have some basics food, bread and cheese. Two supermarkets up on the main road easy to get to by bus (every 15 mins).

It was a stay full of perfect calm and peace from the first day to the last day. The hosting of Mr. Fadil and the amenities in the house were excellent. Thank you so much for everything, see you again
