We were very satisfied with our stay. Very cozy house (with three heating options), spotless, thoughtful and full equipped. The owners are friendly and very considerate. I was surprised that they had made sure there were many options for breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet and you find parking easily.

Charming 2 Bedroom apartment in Ioannina

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina's place! It's right in the centre of town so everything is walkable. We had fresh bread every morning from one of the many bakeries downstairs and the supermarket is only a block away. Very clean and tidy and had everything you could need - especially happy with the washing machine and dryer as we were mid-trip with two little ones. Katerina's mother went above and beyond for both check in and any extra we requested and we didn't want for anything 🙂 Katerina's home is a great size for a family too. Good size first and second bedrooms, large lounge and huge kitchen table! I will definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

What stood out from the first moment was the wonderful decoration of the space. Every corner was well thought out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that made you feel immediately at home. Special mention should be made of the quality of the mattress, which ensured a truly restful sleep after our walks in the city. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, the privacy offered by the accommodation played a decisive role in our impeccable experience. We felt completely comfortable and independent throughout our stay. And of course, a huge advantage, especially for Ioannina, was the provision of parking. This freed our hands and saved us from searching for a place, which is very important in the city. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our stay in Ioannina and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation that combines comfort, style, privacy and practicality.
