Two bedrooms and a bathroom. No washing machine. Room for six people as the sofa is a sofa bed. The water is not drinkable but dishwashable. There is a filled 10-liter jug on arrival that can be refilled inside the village's local Ica store. Small cottage on the property with four additional beds. Rowboat and canoe are down on the beach.
