We should have known it was going to be amazing the moment we arrived — every single detail had been so thoughtfully considered. From the electric gate and stunning stonework to the high-quality curtains and shutters, everything was state of the art, immaculate, and felt practically brand new. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort — elegant yet welcoming, stylish yet homely. The pool area was a dream, especially for our two young children who absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained, and with beautifully balanced water — no harsh chlorine, just crystal-clear and refreshing. Nikolas, our host, was incredible — warm, generous, and always on hand with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and cultural gems. He made us feel completely taken care of. We’ve been travelling the world for the past six months, and this has been one of our absolute favourite stays. We’re already dreaming of returning — it truly was exceptional!

The stay was wonderful.! The house just like in the photos and in the description. Perdika is a very good choice to stay as it is located between Sivota and Parga. The house is comfortable for two families with babies. Hosts are always available to help. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Villa Orata was a great spot. Beautiful home on a cliff side in Perdika amazing view and Evangelia was such a friendly host. She made sure we had everything we needed. Many great restaurants and beaches close by. We will definitely return.

it was splendid! the house has exceeded our expectations, clean, new, great yard and superb view. Giovanni and his wife are super friendly! He took us to Parga and gave us clear indications about restaurants and parkings. I would strongly recommend it! Hope yo see you again!

Our vacation was beautiful. It was very good place to stay with a nice garden. 5 minutes' walk is a beautiful beach with various Restaurants and bars. If you want to experience Greek hospitality, you are in the right place! You will be welcomed and cared for with love and joy. The host family is great! Very animal friendly place. Also very suitable for family with childrens. Thank you Nikolaos! Special thanks for great fishing and for lots of tips for the excursions! Thanks for delicious food!

We had a simply amazing stay! The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and fresh, had all the amenities you would need and a big plus was the view. In a quiet area during the night hours. The check in was smooth and easy. Petros and his whole family, were incredible hosts, the welcomed us and made us feel special and for sure they’d go the extra mile to assist you and guide you. Big plus the cafe upstairs for morning coffee and breakfast, also with a great view. Supermarkets, bakery and reataurants at a very close distance and Anthousa, 5 mins driving from the centre of Parga and on the way to the beaches around the area. Overall we had a memorable stay and I would recomend this place to everyone. Big thank you to Petros and his family for an amazing experience.

We enjoyed our week at Sea Colour and Parga enormously! Our host (Panos) met us in the town centre with a warm welcome. He even booked transport from the airport for us. He took us to the lovely apartment, giving us good local information on the way. Everything was within walking distance from this lovely property,which seemed freshly renovated. Refreshments like fruit, biscuits and water were appreciated upon arrival. We arrived early in the evening, and enjoyed it on the balcony with the most beautiful bougainvillea hanging over. Host was very available during the whole stay, if necessary. Impeccable cleaning! If/when going back to Parga, this is where we will stay!

This place is an absolute gem! We had a peaceful, quiet stay with our super friendly, warm hosts Nikos , Fotini & family. We were made to feel like long lost friends, with a welcoming fresh loaf, a bottle of olive oil, apples & eggs. The outside space is perfect, with plenty of sun & shade. It is nestled in a garden of olive, lemon, pomegranate & quince trees with a hammock and a washing line. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows & Nikos was happy to give me an extra blanket when I mentioned I’d been slightly cold. It was spotlessly clean, very near the beach, with Perdika & Arillas a few minutes drive away. Syvota and Parga are a little further, but still an easy drive. There are many good tavernas in Perdika, catering for a variety of tastes. If you’re after an authentic Greek experience, come and stay at Oikes Verde. We have already booked for next year!
