Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Karangasem Regency

Très beau logement, au calme en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique sur les rizières ! La chambre et la salle de bains sont simples mais il y a tout le nécessaire. On peut accéder au Tirta Ganga par un petit sentier en marchant 10min, ce qui est un gros plus du logement. C'est un super rapport qualité-prix. Gede a été très accueillant et arrangeant.

J’ai peu eu d’expériences comme celles ci auparavant! Gene est à l’écoute, présent pour toutes demandes, et s’assure du bien être des que possible. Je me suis sentie en sécurité, à l’aise et reconnaissante d’avoir été aussi bien reçue. Sans oublier que j’ai pu découvrir le petit déjeuner balinais (mention spécial aux gateaux de riz enrobés de sauce à la cacahuète- spicy : un délice 🤩 Même à 7h du matin ! ). Une adresse que je suis sûre de recommander à des petits visiteurs comme moi, en quête du local et des traditions. Telemakashi gene 🙏🏼

This place was so lovely, I stayed for only a few days and wish I could have extended my stay. It was peaceful and the cats and other animals make you feel right at home there is a beautiful temple just down the street and loads of local places to eat within walking distance. I even went on a tour of sidemen with jack for an extra fee, I highly recommend. There is simply no way you can see that much of this beautiful community without a guide. He had so many recommendations and you can tell he knows what he’s talking about which made it easy to decide where we should go. Anything I may have needed he was there in a moments notice and I truly could not recommend this location more. For the area this Homestay had very few mosquitoes so I was able to sit out on the comfy couch in the entry way until around 11pm. Overall 100/10 could not have asked for a better host or accommodation.

The host was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was perfect. I stayed here for just one night, but I really loved the design of the room. However, it was a bit dirty, and there's a construction site nearby. Additionally, the beach isn't ideal for swimming due to the many boats constantly coming in and out, which makes the seashore less enjoyable.

Nous avons passé une semaine de plus que prévu dans ce merveilleux logement. La vue est juste magnifique et l’endroit est d'un calme apaisant. Leur cuisine était exquise et la propreté impeccable. Nous avons eu du mal à partir tant nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Merci pour cette expérience inoubliable !

I have been living in the Amed area on and off for nearly 20 years . My husband and I would always go to Bhuana to have lunch at their restaurant and enjoy the beach that it sits on . Wayan’s staff always welcomed us as we passed through , so we decided to stay there for a couple nights to see how the rooms are . This hotel is the real deal. We found it clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has basic balinese decor that is functional with a desk, unlimited spring water , a rack to dry our clothes and a nice deck to sit on . Most importantly for us —the bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Our room was steps from the beach. The sunrises were amazing ! In our opinion , Bhuana has the best beach in the Amed area because it is more private than other beaches in Lipah and Amed. (less tourists). So if you seek more privacy - you will like this place . This is the first time we met Wayan . He was delightful and very hospitable . Thank you Wayan - we will see you again ! 🌺

Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet, auch das Badezimmer war sehr gut. Besonders schön fanden wir aber den Garten mit Pool. Man kann sich hier richtig gut entspannen. Das Frühstück war nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Es gibt auch die Option Mittag bzw. Abend zu essen, dass wird dann aus einem Warung im Ort geliefert. Weitere Restaurants sind im Ort vorhanden, allerdings ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Meer ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und wunderbar zum schnorcheln geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A quiet private paradise and hidden gem in Karangasem close to Ujung Waterpalace and White Sand Beach. Where the values and traditions of the East Bali Hindu Culture are lived and loved. With great traditional Balinese food by cookbook publicist and owner Wayan Kusuma Yanti. Great hospitality and an amazing swimmingpool with seaview, green garden, relaxing massage, friendly servant staff. Nothing else to wish for. Don’t go here when you want to enjoy a nightlife with bars and clubs. DO when you want to see a million stars and hear the rythm of the strolling waves. Be prepared to arrive as guest and leave as friend!

Quando dall’Italia guardavo le foto (avevo prenotato con ampio anticipo) pensavo che non potesse essere vero: invece è proprio così! Una stanza con due ampie finestre, e una dà sul mare (vicinissimo), e l’altra sul gigantesco vulcano Agung (che ho scalato, godendomi l’alba sulla cima: ve lo consiglio!). Tornando all’alloggio, sia i gestori (una coppia con lui balinese e lei svizzera) sia il personale erano estremamente gentili. La colazione inclusa variava ogni mattina, permettendo di gustare vari frutti tropicali, le crêpes e i dolcetti balinesi. La stanza veniva pulita quotidianamente e le lenzuola e gli asciugamani cambiati ogni settimana. Mi spaventava l’assenza di acqua calda, ma credetemi, con le temperature locali non ne ho sentito la mancanza! La cucina è piccola ma comoda, l’ho usata alcune volte (c’è tutto quello che serve). Per chi come me doveva lavorare manca forse un’area attrezzata o una sedia e scrivania un po’ ergonomica, ma è un problema risolvibile! Internet ok

This place is great: big room, wardrobe, small desk and big bathroom with soap and shampoo. The terrasse is very pleasant too, loved in a beautiful garden. The hospitality is great so I can only recommend you to have a stay there!

I stayed one night only, but it was a very nice experience. Diana also gifted me a complimentary ride to virgin beach. He also sang to me in the car! Ask him about his Balinese dance and singing skills.

Really cute chill weekend location 🌴 The owner is very responsive and helps with anything needed. The views and energy here are beautiful really peaceful and tranquil setting. Advice : * Don’t book here and complain about bugs you are in the middle of nature it’s inevitable. * Best to travel by bike on a road trip as the location is on quite a steep hill and you’ll want to travel to go to tourist attractions and restaurants which is more difficult by car. * Visit Virgin beach it’s 30 minutes from here and beautiful white sand and amazing food 🏖️

Andre's place offered a perfect four-day escape from Bali's busier towns. The area is stunning and truly matches those iconic Bali images. While a scooter or bicycle rental is necessary to get around, this remote location near ocean and jungle provides the peaceful natural setting I was seeking. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a tranquil retreat.

Schöne Unterkunft mit netten Menschen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch das Frühstück war gut und von der Menge ausreichend. Sehr nah am Strand, wo man gut schnorcheln kann. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens.

Highly recommended if you want to escape from busier areas of Bali! Quiet but still family friendly, with a gorgeous pool and tropical vibes all around. Exactly as pictured, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are modern, specious and immaculate with well functioning AC and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast is tasty and so are other items on the restaurant menu regarding dinner options. High quality look and feel yet very affordable, very happy we booked this place!

Mantras Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die Landschaft. Auf dem Balkon konnte ich ihr leckeres Frühstück zu mir nehmen. Mantra und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Leider war es von der Straße zeitweise recht laut, Verkehr und Musik der Nachbarn. Mein Taxifahrer hatte mich zu früh abgesetzt und ich musste suchen, weil es keine Hausnummer gab. Tipp für zukünftige Besucher, einfach nach mantras Gästehaus fragen. Das kennt jeder im Ort. Sidemen ist so ein schöner Ort in wunderschöner Natur mit tollen Restaurants und nicht überfüllt, wie so viele andere Orte Balis. Besondere Empfehlung bei Wayang Tebola einen Kochkurs zu machen, super nett und sehr bescheiden. Ich habe sogar noch eine Nacht bei Mantra verlängert. Trotz Regenzeit hatte ich nur bei meiner Anreise Regen und habe die Tage sehr genossen.

Wery comfortable guest house with reasonable price! Owner was very helpful and allowed us to check in a little early! The guest house is located in a quiet place in Ubud, 15 minutes drive to the main tourist areas. At the same time, there are several good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There are only 4 rooms in the house with cozy courtyard. It creates a really private quiet atmosphere. Spacious room with daily cleaning. Very comfortable bed! There is an open kitchen and a nice swimming pool in the courtyard area.

Amazing place!! Totally beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic..would highly recommend.

Ein absoluter Glückstreffer 💕 Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft - ruhig, sauber & sehr gepflegt. Kecho & seine Frau sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Sie helfen bei ALLEM - Anreise, Weiterreise, Wünschen, Fragen… Meine absolute Empfehlung! Tipp: Lasst euch den Thunfisch nicht entgehen. Kecho‘s Frau macht dazu das großartigste Sambal - nicht zu verwechseln mit dem Sambal Olek, welches man im Glas kaufen kann, ganz anders & sooooo lecker. Statt 5 Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich lieber 5 Herzen vergeben 🩷❤️🧡💛💚 Lieben Dank, dass ich euch kennenlernen durfte. PS: Dank der Räucherstäbchen reist ihr nun quasi mit mir mit :-) PPS: Sollte jemand bei Niedrigwasser anreisen - nicht irritieren lassen ;-)

Tres bon séjour le logement est fidèle au photos et tres bien placé si vous êtes en scooter en revanche a pied vous serez obligé de prendre des chauffeur le personnel est tres gentil le nettoyage de la salle de bain n’étais pas tres propre au niveau des vitres mais sinon c’etais tres bien

Govinda a été une très belle expérience pour découvrir le centre de Bali. Le personnel est adorable, au petit soin et ultra réactif, et Sendi est d'une extrême gentillesse. Il faut compter une trentaine de minutes pour rejoindre Ubud en scooter, mais il y a une multitude de choses magnifiques à découvrir autour du logement. Je recommande vivement. Suksma !

Yiwen’s place was very clean and had everything that I needed. The pool was stunning and was such a great touch to the place. I also particularly loved that there was free breakfast every morning. Only thing was that I could hear footsteps loudly of the other guests that were staying at the top of my room and so kept me up a little bit in the middle of the night but otherwise couldn’t fault anything else. Definitely would love to stay again when back in Bali!
