Villa MKV was very memorable for all of us. My family and I and family friends vacationed in Batu, Malang from May 29 to May 31, 2025, and we stayed at MKV. When we arrived at this villa, we were very satisfied with the room and facilities. Even when we only spent time at the villa, it was very enjoyable. We and the children could swim and play, barbecue, karaoke, watch Netflix together, and chat by the pool. The surrounding is very beautiful, if you go up to the rooftop in the morning you can see a beautiful sunrise, and in the opposite direction there is a view of the mountains. It's really amazing and fun. Megawati as the host is also very responsive, friendly and kind. When checking out, we had car problems and she was very sympathetic to us and fortunately the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Mega, may God bless you.

Excellent choice for convenience. Walkable distance to Lippo Mall located in a core area. Me and my family spent the our time enjoying ourselves in the house with karaoke, pool and BBQ. Has excellent taste in making karaoke more alive. The neighborhood also chill and pleasant to eyes.

Perfect house 20 minutes from the city center of Malang. The inside is modern and clean, and the house has both a swimming pool and a terrace to spend time outside. The owner is reactive, and i had no issues getting innand checking out. Would recommend.

Alhamdulillah......The place is easy to reach, Check In is easy....The house is clean, without dust, there is a prayer room and prayer equipment is available, the sheets...blankets and pillowcases are clean and fragrant, no mold smell at all, the air conditioning is cold, the bathroom is clean with plenty of clear water, complete cooking equipment, mineral water is also available.... brought the group to the dance competition in Malang, everyone felt satisfied and could rest comfortably. Very comfortable accommodation. All the furniture is clean, the villa is also really clean. The equipment in the villa is complete, there is an iron, washing machine, water heater etc. all work well. overall this is the best 😍

The residence is clean and comfortable, according to the description. AC, kitchen utilities, washing machine, smart TV, wifi etc work great. The host was responsive and explained in detail and well. Highly recommended for booking again.

The place is private, peacefull and cool... view is great.. nice host.. the place is just nice for us family of 5, near to local attraction and restaurant.. when we are enjoying for stay at home holiday.. The atmosphere is serene and comfortable, my family and children really like the place, there are lots of doors that can make the air circulation fresher.

Never knew before that there is such a beautiful homy house near me. I had two guests and we needed a place to gather. Karenina's place was perfect! We had a peaceful reunion there, with all things that we needed, the towels, dishes, cooking utensils, everything! The communication went very well. Karenina gave very clear instruction. Will definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Malang!

Nice and very comfortable

For me, this place is almost perfect. The place is comfortable, private, and clean. There are only a few notes that you may need to pay attention to. 1. The distance between the car parking and the front door requires a short walk, about 1-2 minutes. Short but quite troublesome if you bring a suitcase or a lot of stuff. Luckily, the host was quite helpful in bringing the items we brought 2. You are only given 1 key, which is the front door key/main key. There are no other keys on other doors, such as bedroom doors, bathroom doors, etc. For those of you who travel with family, it may not be too much of a problem. In addition, your privacy may be reduced
