Holiday rentals with a pool in Karaman

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

I don’t have a few words to say, I have hours to say this is one of the best places to stay. If you want traditional, this is the place to go. It’s like going back to Nans house. It’s is a frozen in time family home, with family photos and family history still around for you to enjoy. It only takes 1/2 a day before you feel at home. Hundreds of blankets to snuggle up in, especially on the cooler winter nights. The garden is fantastic (although the pool a little chilly). You don’t see or hear any neighbours.. the pool guy drops in Tuesdays and Friday, and Natasa’s wonderful mum comes and cleans the garden once a week. She picks the ripe fruit and insists you enjoy it! You will need a car if you stay here, but then you get to go out and adventure. The local letymbou Tavern is amazing and they are lovely. There is more here than at the edge of Paphos, as our friends found out. WiFi brilliant , phone signal brilliant. Previous guests left toiletries and beer in the fridge. Amazing place. X

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

This was our 2nd stay at villa sunset and we'll probably be back again. Great location for families, stones throw from the beach and a park.

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. The house was clean, well maintained and equipped with basic items we needed. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay for both vacation and daily life. We recommend it with peace of mind. Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

There was everything you needed in the house. It is a very clean and beautiful house. It is also very good in terms of location. There are places such as a casino, grocery store, bakery. The host is very interested, he helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much to Mr. Münür on behalf of my family. If we come back again, it is definitely our first choice👍🏻

Really pleased with our stay, great location with a car and only 10minute taxi ride for Protaras strip and Ayia Napa if you don't have a car. Christina was very responsive throughout, great communication in the lead up to our stay, facilities exactly as described in the listing. Have recommended Christina and her apartment to relatives. Very pleasant stay. We were a party of 2 adults and 18month old baby, Christina provided a travel cot and high chair for us. Thank you for a lovely stay

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!
