On the territory there are common parking and swimming pool in the courtyard. Guests may enjoy sunterrace on the rooftop that is shared between two our studios only. The building itself is located 100 meters from the sea, which you may enjoy viewing from the balcony or windows. It may accomodate up to 4 persons: 1 queen size bed 160 cm +1 fold out sofa 140 cm.
