Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

Villa tertemizdi ve düzenliydi. Ev sahibi hızlı şekilde bana dönüş sağladı. Konum olarak sakin bir yer girneye ve magosaya biraz uzak ama zamanınızın çoğunu kendiniz villada geçirecekseniz Girne Magosa çokta önemli değil :) Yol üstünde de güzel restorantlar var. Kafa dinlemek ve sakinlik için harika yer.

The villa is great, and I'd definitely recommend it! Antony and Kerry were super helpful and always quick to respond. They were just excellent hosts. The pool is a highlight and we really enjoyed it! Like others have said, the highway is close, which makes it easy to get to all the nice spots, but you might hear some traffic noise at night. All in all, this is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

דירה נהדרת! יפה ומוארת. מרווחת מאוד, נקייה ומאובזרת בכל. (חוץ ממייבש, אבל זה לא היה משמעותי) המיקום מעולה. ארבע דקות מהטיילת והעיר העתיקה. בעיני זאת דירה מושלמת.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. There were so many extras we weren't expecting: snacks, drinks and ice creams; body wash and shampoo; cleaning products, foil/cling film/baking paper, etc. and laundry and dishwashing detergents. The house was spotless, with gorgeous new bathrooms (loved the huge shower enclosure upstairs), a beautiful clean garden and pool, excellent A/C units and quality bedding and towels. Ayca was always fast to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. Just back from Paradise Villa at Elena and Nick's and we all had a wonderful time! :) Although a little out of season we enjoyed the beautiful local AtianThekla beach, friendly locals and amazing food wherever you went. The villa was peaceful and woke to birds singing and the lovely palm 🌴 trees and flowers 🌺 everything at the villa was super clean and as you would expect to find. Elena also kindly left us some local breads and wine (delicious 😋) for our late check in - so thoughtful thank you!! ❤️ Only one thing we would ask to add to the property, is that there be an extra long mirror in the ensuite bedroom for getting ready to go out drying hair etc. We are grateful and thankful for such a good week and even the weather was perfect 👍🏼

Excellent location for walking to the sea front to see the sunrise, or to play at the beach. Walking back from the beach, we made regular use of the outdoor shower and the washing lines in the back yard to wash the sand off and hang towels and swimwear out to dry. The washing lines are strung up in a sunny patch, with lots of pegs available, and the washing machine on the back porch has a quick wash setting that's ideal for refreshing clothing. Indoors, the bedrooms are set up well to deal with different temperatures, so we were able to sleep comfortably despite some nights being suddenly much warmer than others. Similarly the windows have a variety of shutters and netting and glass, so the air flow through the house can be adjusted easily.

I stayed in this place under exceptionally cold weather conditions, so I could not make use of the outside spaces, which looked really nice too. The apartment is spotless clean and has plenty of kitchen equipment. Location: it is close to one of the arteries going into the city which is really convenient if you rely on public transport (bus 41).

Levent’s home is one I would come back to time and time again. Her patience and understanding at the number of times I had to change my booking due to the variances caused by the COVID-19 outbreak was nothing short of miraculous. Both Levent and her husband Fevzi are the most wonderful hosts, really going above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you need it to be. They had stocked my fridge with essentials ready for my arrival after being in quarantine which was extremely welcome and the fresh produce they presented me with on numerous occasions was a delicious delight every time. They have very generously helped with numerous trips to the hospital (I came specifically for hospital treatment) Fevzi is a veritable fountain of knowledge about the history of the Island, I have spent many hours talking with him, it’s been fascinating. The house is beautiful, filled with quirky artifacts that make this home quite remarkable. I love the wooden beams, the exposed brickwork and the stone tiles. The pool is spotless and wonderful to cool off in. I would love to come back for another stay.

Nice house, quiet neighbourhood, good base to visit Nicosia and other interesting tourist attractions.

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

Villa spacieuse avec superbe piscine. Selcuk est très accueillant et soucieux que nous soyons bien dans le logement, il est passé à plusieurs reprises nous offrir des fruits de son jardin. Je recommande vivement cette location située dans la Chypre du Nord.

We had a great time staying at Panayiotis's property. The property was very clean, fully equipped with everything (kitchenware, bbq equipement, weddings, toiletries etc..). I would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with an amazing view

У Антона очень необычная и красивая вилла. Мы приехали семьей с детьми и у нас было целое соревнование за то, кто будет спать в домике на дереве - детям он очень понравился, они хотели все время проводить на нем. В самой вилле всё очень комфортно и стильно - есть всё, что может понадобиться для отдыха, при этом обставлено всё очень современно и со вкусом. Есть проектор с Netflix, современная sound-система. На вилле 2 санузла, поэтому даже учитывая нашу большую компанию мы не испытывали трудностей с использованием сан-узлов. Сам Антон очень предупредительный - всё рассказал, показал, дал нам с утра кофе, приготовил весьма достойный завтрак. В целом, нам понравилось у Антона, в этой вилле уникальная смесь радушия и экстравагантности, которая не утомляет, а наоборот приятно удивляет и расслабляет. Мы планируем вернуться сюда снова!

Sharon is a wonderful host, very responsive and happy to help with all enquiries. Good location if you want to stay out from the hussle. The house was great with lovely big living space downstairs. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ev sahibi son derece ilgiliydi konaklamamız süresince sürekli iletişim halinde oldu bize gezilecek yerlerin konumuna kadar attı yanımızda bebeği bile düşünmüştü. Bebek için yatak havlu süt oyuncaklar bırakılmıştı. Ev tam bi kıbrıs evi küçük bir köyde aile ile konaklamaya çok uygun mağusa merkeze araba ile 15 dk. Biz 2 aile çok rahat ettik bahçesinde kahvaltımızı yaptık(ev sahibi en yakın marketin bile konumunu gönderdi) kesinlikle bu evi öneriyorum
