A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Enjoy your holiday with your loved ones in this wonderful house, which is 5 minutes from the beaches in Incirlikoy and Iskele on foot, and 5 minutes from Bodrum and Kuyucak Bay by car. There is also the possibility to descend to the Aquasas dive center from our house by stairs. You can discover the extraordinary submarine view of Karaburun

The house is located in Kösedere, an old nomadic village before Karaburun. Kösedere is a hidden village located on a slope 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect it from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies such as gözleme and pastries in the cafes in the charming square in this village where the series was shot. Its people are extremely friendly and helpful. Kaynarpınar, below the village, resembles a small Greek port with its crystal clear sea.

We would love to welcome you and our dear friends to our tiny house, where you will wake up to the chirping of birds, away from the stress of the city, with your own private garden area. It has two double beds and a triple sofa on two mezzanine floors. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking. There is hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.

There is a fireplace type stove, radiator heater and air conditioner in the winter months. The site has its own beach, and the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar) are 5-10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed
