Mr. Takis' Seaside Apartment

Mr. Takis' historic home is located on the shoreline of Kapsali, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. It's a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large living room area and kitchen. It has a simple and traditional decor, allowing you to experience Kythira the way locals live, while also having the best view on the island. It sits under the Venetian Castle, up the quiet end of Kapsali, offering you the tranquility of the beach, and yet close to the cafes, restaurants and bars.

Our maisonette house by Kapsali beach

Traditional house in modern architecture, built in 2008 in the most beautiful part of Kythira, in Kapsali. The house is located near the beach. It is a two floor maisonette. The entrance is in the front where there is a living room with a fire place connected directly with the kitchen and a small wc. The reach on the upper floor is through internal stairs. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a balkony and a big terrace with magnificent sea view.

Στο ανοιχτό πατάρι που διαθέτει, μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 2 άτομα ενώ κάτω στον υπόλοιπο χώρο υπάρχει καναπές - κρεβάτι για να φιλοξενηθούν άλλα δύο. Στο χώρο της Κουζίνας μπορείτε να ετοιμάσετε πρόχειρα γεύματα και να πιείτε έξω τον καφέ σας στο σοκάκι σαν παραδοσιακό καφενείο.

Ένα από το παλαιότερα αρχοντικά σπίτια στη Χώρα. Είναι χτισμένο τον 17ο αιώνα πάνω στο λόφο του ενετικού Κάστρου και βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα πριν την είσοδό του. Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.
