It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Clear lines in the decor, on organic structures of the house. Lush jelängerjelieber, a native climbing plant, climbs around the house lined with perennials. There is plenty of free parking around the house.

The 36 m² apartment offers everything for a pleasant stay, e.g. for visiting the Europa-Park or excursions in the region. Free parking is available directly at the property. Since the connection by public transport is limited, we recommend traveling by your own car.

BBQ is not possible due to fire security!
