The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! We had a wonderful time with Elena on Krk. The cottage is not very large, but well equipped and completely sufficient for 2 people. The subtropical garden, however, is a real dream. Palm trees, olive trees and wonderfully blooming flowers surround a large saltwater pool. Everything is very well maintained and clean, an oasis of tranquility. Elena is a very friendly, always helpful host who does everything to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of the sweet town of Bale. You can reach the sea in 15 minutes by bike. Shopping 10 min by car. The pool half in the living room is amazing and pleasantly warm. Marko and Dunja are super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travellers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a holiday and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need can be reached in 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the house and pool is beautiful. The house was clean and corresponded to the description. Petra is very friendly and helpful. We fully recommend this house for peaceful holidays.

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while travelling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super responsive and quick to respond. When we get back to Istria, there's only one AirBnB for us.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

The place was just great! Everything was clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The welcome was particularly warm – there was a small candy that I will not forget so quickly! We’ve stayed here during our 2 week long holiday and absolutely loved our time here. Upon arrival Elma and her husband were there to greet us and show us around the house. The house was really clean and has everything you need. From the kitchenware to the bathrooms, all the necessities are there, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, something you really need during the warmer months. Something else you need during those warm months: the spacious pool. Once again very clean and after a week they even came around to clean the pool again. The location of the house is convenient. Roughly an hour from Rovinj, Pula and Porec and just a 20 min drive to the beaches of Rabac. The communication with Elma was also top notch. Very quick and helpful responses in a very kind and warm manner. Would defenitely recommend staying here; 5/5 stars!

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We had an awesome time at this modern yet simple home. The relatively central location allowed us to do food shopping or dining with a five minute drive. Given the unseasonably hot weather, we enjoyed being outside most, using the pool/shower and large patio with kitchen. The outside kitchen is fantastic as it is large, covered and equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and BBQ grill (propane) that allowed us to sit and enjoy the awesome views of downtown Labin all day and night (there is also a patio walkway that wraps around the home with a side entrance to the laundry room opposite the pool area that made it convenient to do laundry after enjoying the pool). Our host Dalan made the stay even better (many thanks to his mom for the awesome fruit jam). After learning more about Dalan and his global travels, we understood where the finishes in the home came from. Communication with Dalan was easy (multilingual). Truly a home away from home and would definitely stay again!

Summary of the positive points: - 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms - 4 toilets - Washing machine - A fly screen on every relevant window - Air conditioning in every room - Very large property - Very nice pool - Communication with host very good - Quiet and full of privacy - Good equipment in the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker (filter), sandwich maker, dishes, dishwasher - Good amenities at the pool (sun loungers/umbrellas) - Good amenities at the grill Suggestions for improvement: - You definitely need a car, the place is in the middle of nowhere / in the woods - No restaurants / bakeries / shopping nearby - I really can't think of anything else. All in all, a great house. We were very satisfied.

The reality has exceeded our expectations all over again, we have never had such a really well-equipped vacation home. And our landlords were also available 24/7 and always responded within minutes. Would stay here again! We were 7 girls and had the best weekend. The house is located in a quiet area which we loved. There was everything we needed in the house and it was very clean! Ivan responded to my messages immedietly and was very helpfull with everything. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!
