Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

Cottage by the pond. [Sauna, Nature and Peace]

Relax with the whole group in this peaceful cabin. The cottage has a wood sauna + a yard sauna and a fireplace where you can relax. There is a pond in the yard where you can take a dip (in the winter to open). You can also just stay in the hammock to hang out in the summer. The cottage is surrounded by a forest, so privacy is guaranteed in this little paradise. There's also a campfire site in the yard and plenty of room for yard games. Depending on the season, you can pick berries from shrubs or go for a sponge in the woods.

Tervala

This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Atmospheric granny's cottage

Atmospheric grandma's cottage in the countryside. Thanks to the fenced yard (the electric fence behind the house is for horses) and good jogging paths, dogs also enjoy themselves. In front of the outdoor sauna, there is a large terrace, where, for example, you can barbecue. Use of the tub €100 (incl. filling and emptying of the tub). Valoisa, modernisoitu kaksio keskustan tuntumassa. Rauhallinen talo. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset kodinkoneet, ja kylpyhuoneessa pesukone sekä kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. Onnibussin pysäkki lähellä, esim. Tampereelle ja Helsinkiin pääsee kätevästi. Vastaan kyselyihin mielelläni! Asunto on ehdottomasti savuton. Lämpimästi Tervetuloa!

The House with a Spa

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski slopes 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping centre 7 km.
