It was a clean and quiet stay for the most part the horse was a little noise at times but what do you expect with a living animal lol but other than that it was an enjoyable stay and the chocolate pumpkin bread is so good definitely give it a try

Kim’s guesthouse always delivers excellent and friendly service! I booked the guesthouse for a tenant while his apartment needed work. She sends him a code for easy and flexible checkin, communicated well with him and me, and did everything to accommodate us both! Thank you again Kim!

Stephen is very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and delightful. We enjoyed waking up with a nice view of the water. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cute, comfortable "tiny house" off a country road in a quiet, peaceful meadow beside a creek. Made a great base for us to explore the nearby Tallgrass Prairie Preserve. We enjoyed eating meals on the front porch, seeing the cattle across the road, and watching the incredible bird life around the cottage. The delicious homemade muffins, granola, and fresh eggs were a nice touch. Quality appliances and kitchen equipment. The only negatives were the lack of some kitchen tools and space to store our luggage. We didn't use the loft, as the ceiling is only about 4 feet high; it would work for children. We would have been happy to stay a few more days.

We were in town for Church Camp at Timber Lakes. We were a 10 minute drive away and it was so nice and convenient for our group. The directions were very clear and helpful and we found everything we needed inside. They even left snacks for us which the kids took full advantage of. It was a very private and peaceful location and we did not have any problems with anything whatsoever. Every room was clean and well maintained. We hope to be able to come back again.

Carol was extremely good at communicating and flexible with me when I needed a late check out. Place was very clean and cozy. Instructions made it really easy to find. Overall a great place

This place was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 6 and a hotel would have cost us almost double this rate. Jake and his family were right on top of everything. We used this as our home base for visiting with Family in the local area as well as explore hidden destinations. Will be returning hopefully next year when we come back to see our family again.

This AirBnB is absolutely beautiful. An incredible location. Private, peaceful, easy parking, super close to everything. We absolutely loved staying here and would love to come back. A 5/5 star stay! The only thing I will mention is there is a train close by that comes through typically every 3-4 hours and can be heard clearly from the house. We didn’t necessarily mind, but it’s worth mentioning! HIGHLY recommend …. Easy to get to, very clean & well stocked. The cars in the living room was a super touch, hubby was very surprised. If we are in the area again, we will stay, everything was perfect FIVE STARS

don't let the fact that it's loft deter you. my wife thought I was nuts until we walked through the front door then she immediately fell in love. so many extras that the host put into the experience. would suggest it to anyone.

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at! Everything was as described except one thing. In the description it states it is a great place to stay while fishing at the nearby lake. However, when you arrive the rules state that you cannot clean fish anywhere on the property. We have a portable fish cleaning station we were planning on using outside in the weeds but decided not to after reading the rules once we arrived. If you are going to advertise the place as a good place for fishing at the lake you might want to include in the description on the Airbnb website that you cannot clean fish anywhere on the property.

Exactly what we were looking for while in town for the Bill Snyder 1/2. Great location, easy walk to Aggieville. Would definitely stay again!

This place had it all!! Ron and Steven were so accommodating and made themselves available for anything I needed. Hot tub was private, hot and clean. Carriage house is secluded and a 12/10. They even left delicious Blueberry muffins in the kitchen area for our enjoyment. Super super clean, that was nice! They also had invited us to write postcards, with the Carriage House letterhead, so we could send to our loved ones.... they put postage on the envelope and mailed them as well. Just the best of three best at The Carriage House! I cannot wait to come back in the Spring/Summer to hit Kansas Crossing Casino (4 mi away) and enjoy their beautiful patio when all plants are outside and thriving weather is warm. You would be missing out to not book this place, for real. Just a wonderful getaway, thanks guys ❤️❤️😎

A block from Mass Street and incredible amenities — including the best coffee station I’ve ever experienced, a big fluffy bed, and washer & dryer — made Aaron’s studio a perfect base for visiting Lawrence. I will always want to stay here!

Jerry & Kathy’s was the perfect place to stay while visiting Seneca. Several recommendations and very beautiful home. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of places to go within walking distance. Gate remote and off-street parking was reassuring.

Stacy's place was top notch! Pictures on airbnb do not do justice to this wonderful property. Exceeded ws beyond our expectations! Stacy had all the extras and quality abd attention to details. Great quality linens/towels, lots of goodies, coffee and snacks, a towel warmer, views out every window, a giant TV, games, every pot and pan needed! The list goes on! If you forgot something, she probably had it! Stacy was extremely fast and responsive! We give her a 1,000 percent referral and we will return! We didn't even want to leave.
