The photos show the unit exact as it is. Very clean, comfortable, and well designed. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and a couple of dinners. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Cecille was always responsive when questions arose. She had good recommendations for dinners. The surrounding area and neighborhood was lovely with many conveniences such as gas stations and the Hen House Market for groceries and good prepared foods available. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

Responsive host. Clean place. Good location for hospital work. Footsteps upstairs are loud but it wasn’t a problem for me and is in the listing. Pet friendly.

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

We had a wonderful time! Glad we selected this Airbnb. Our host, Justin was super responsive. It took a minute to figure out the parking and check-in. Once we had it down, it was pretty clear. Justin answered all of our questions. We were impressed with perks and amenities. The apartment was clean, and met our expectations. My favorite was the arcade and the lobby on the lower level. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool, since we were short on time. The view was amazing! I almost forgot to mention the Pet spa, designated pet area, and Coffee Shop. Walking distance from Power & Light District, and T-Mobile Center. I will definitely book again! Thank you all very much! 😊

Exactly like the pics, very modern and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool and gym access! Right by grocery stores and restaurants. Luxurious- would stay again and recommend to others.

Gloria, Jean, and Stephanie were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We were only really there in the evenings/overnight, but we had what we needed, and the bed was quite comfortable. The guards at the front desk were also helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Rebecca always got back to us in a very timely manner. We had our 21month year old with us and it was great that they had baby gates for us to use for the stairs. They also had a booster seat and kids utensils for the kitchen. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again!

2nd time staying with Jason. 5 dads and 5 daughters in for softball and worked out great like it did last yr. Jason went out of the way to make sure the BBQ grill was working and worked out great. girls and dads enjoyed their stay and how quiet and private it was. thanks again will be trying to book again next yr. thanks

Beautiful home in super nice neighborhood. We loved having so much room. Plenty of space for kids to play and relax. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cute place. Clean and as described. Fenced yard was safe for the dog. First place we've been at that provided poop bags so that was nice. Even though we didn't cook much loved the induction stovetop. Personally, not a fan of foam mattresses so had trouble sleeping and there's a large tree grown over the main bedroom that dropped acorns on the roof that sounded quite spooky! Took a while to figure out what that noise was but otherwise was a quiet area at night. Garage was empty so could have parked inside but driveway parking was fine.

Beautiful home only 15 minutes from the Arrowhead stadium! Heather had a lot of recommendations of things to do in her "Welcome to her home" booklet. Received very clear instructions on entering and leaving the home! I had questions about the AC in the home and she was very quick to respond and help out with it! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Christina’s place was just as described. It was a great place for my family to stay while we were in town for an event.

Stayed during a softball tournament. Location was great, easy access to Legacy Park, Walmart was a couple blocks away, neighborhood was quiet and clean. House is one side of a duplex with a two car garage/driveway for each unit. Parking on “our” side was not a problem even with two full size trucks and a small SUV. The interior of the house was clean and neat, pictures posted with the listing are accurate. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies and dinnerware. There were ample towels available, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax and spread out after a hot day at the ballpark. The owner was very responsive to my communication with them and was very accommodating. I asked if we would be able to check in earlier than the 3pm time and it worked out that we were able to get in several hours earlier. It was a nice stay and we would definitely stay again!
