Ryokan-style, maximum 10 people, parking for 3 cars, private Showa Inn convenient for training camps, sauna tours, Kumagaya, Inuyama and Ghibli Park

Tajimi Shukukitaya is a retro Showa-style private inn recommended for those who want to enjoy both Higashinose sightseeing and sauna hopping. It is a convenient base for sightseeing to Tsumakago, Inuyama, Ghibli Park, the monastery, Kokeizan Eibo-ji Temple, Toki Outlet, and more. It is also in a location where you can easily visit popular hot spring facilities such as Amamitsu-no-Yu, Ryusen-ji Temple, Yorimichi Onsen, and Yunohana Island. In a traditional house with tatami mats, you can enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends, or even with a large group, such as three generations on a trip. The surroundings are very quiet, and after enjoying the sauna and sightseeing, you can spend some time relaxing in a space that feels nostalgic. Whether it's a sauna trip with multiple people or a group holiday, the appeal lies in gathering together in the same space, enjoying meals and conversation, and creating memories. It's different from a hotel, and you can experience a homely stay. Please note that due to the natural surroundings, there may be cold spells and snowfall in winter, requiring studded tyres.Insects may appear in summer. Also, the last 200m to the accommodation is a narrow road, and cars cannot pass each other. There are some inconveniences, but this is an accommodation where you can enjoy the quiet and a traditional stay, including those inconveniences.

Experience the charm of traditional Japan with all the senses in this finely crafted townhouse & surrounding garden. Gujo Hachiman is known as the “City of Water”, and owner & architect Yuri Fujisawa has lovingly restored this charming residence to embody the spirit of water. Located below the town’s medieval castle, this neighborhood was reserved for high-ranking samurai. While the historical streetscape is well-preserved, it remains an authentic neighborhood inhabited by friendly locals.
