Holiday rentals with a patio in Kane County

This apartment was super cozy and warm. Everything was labeled nicely and everything we needed could be found in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Ms Denise was awesome, very helpful . The studio place was very clean complimentary Snacks and toiletries. She care about her guest, very helpful with night life restaurants and travel to city. Definitely recommend

Vince and Nancy are wonderful hosts, they are kind and accommodating with my late and last minute booking - and on New Years week to boot! Their guest house is spacious and clean and new, pristine! Nancy has made use of each space with intention and creativity. The space was so peaceful, and quiet, yet close to some great restaurants and shopping. I hope to return and stay with them on my next visit. Thank you Nancy and Vince! Happy New Year!!

We had a great time staying at the Hideaway Apartment in Palatine! It was easy to get inside and the apartment was nice. The place was very clean and organized, we felt very comfortable! There is a second floor deck, a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! It was easy communicating with the hosts, overall it was a great experience staying at the Hideaway, would recommend!

Wonderful place and I was glad that all matched what the pictures showed. Very cute space and I liked the kitchen plates, great quality! Will definitely stay here again.

The house was just as listed. It actually looked better than the pictures. We came into town for the Naval Boot Camp graduation. This house is FAR from there. 1+ hours away, all toll road. But the listings in the city were smaller and had fewer bathrooms. This house has 2.5 baths. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could be improved. For a 1 week stay with 3 adults and 4 children, we had 4 washcloths and not enough towels. The listing said to buy whatever cleaning supplies that weren’t there but I didn’t expect to have to buy a broom. Yes a vacuum is provided but the house is hardwood and the vacuum didn’t pick up well on those floors. Also, be prepared to go shopping on your vacation for paper towels, dishwasher detergent and body wash (If you fly in and didn’t check a bag with your liquids inside). I don’t want to sound dissatisfied, because I was satisfied. But after looking at several listings, I thought those things should have been included.

Melanie was an excellent hostess. She provided very useful information about the temporary closure of part of the Fox river trail. In addition she told us how to circumnavigate that closure. This was really great information as we had planned bike rides and with her info we had no problem at all. Enjoyed the towns along the river with numerous restaurants and museums and we even got to use outstanding outdoor public pickleball courts that were near by. This house is in a truly fantastic location and we can’t thank Melanie enough for offering up her house. With any luck it will be available for a return trip next spring.

We had an EXCELLENT time at Marianne's home in Batavia. The home was outfitted with everything that we required and then some. The place is even bigger than it appeared in the listings. There were sectional sofas both upstairs and in the basement that we didn't recall from the listing that provided even more sitting room with family. The property is so beautiful. We had such a wonderful time watching the horses play in the pastures directly out the window. Can't recommend these hosts or their property enough! Thanks again for a wonderful home away from home this holiday season.

Spectacular place with so much to offer. Was pleasantly surprised with the outdoor setting. We were in town for a family wedding and the property was selected based on proximity to the venue. After this experience, we're considering scheduling a family reunion since the accommodations were so great!

Bob and Beth’s house is a tastefully decorated, tidy and well stocked home in a great neighborhood. It was a very enjoyable place for a visit to the area. Both interstate and downtown are only a few minutes away, making getting around easy. Communications with the hosts were excellent - a big thank you to them for making this stay possible. The only regret is that there wasn’t enough time for a longer visit. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this two-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Crystal Lake. The place was in perfect condition, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Its location is ideal, right near the main street and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Everything about the stay was excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again if I return to the area. Highly recommended 100%!

My husband and I were in Crystal Lake for a friend’s baby shower. Brent’s airbnb was just 2.5 miles away from our friend’s house, so the location was ideal. At first we were a little concerned about the nearby road construction and proximity to the train station, but we had zero issues with noise. The space was so clean, calm, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved the location! It is close to so many great restaurants and shops to easily walk to. Brent was an excellent communicator throughout our stay and gave us lots of local tips. We will definitely book with Brent again on our next trip to beautiful Crystal Lake!

What a beautiful place to stay! Quiet, peaceful with a well-appointed interior. Everything is pristine and chock-full of little extras (like large bottles of luxurious body lotion in the bathrooms and backup items like a toothbrush and toothpaste). Lauren has a great eye for interior design. She is also the most responsive host I've encountered. She answered our inquiries immediately -- and even brought us a steamer as we were preparing to attend my daughter's wedding. My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I had a great stay. Highly recommend. Thank you, Lauren!!!

Brents place was perfect. It matched the description and was very nice. Better than the pictures. Located in the heart of downtown Crystal Lake with lots to do. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I was in the process of relocating to the area and needed a longer, 2 plus month stay, at a convenient, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Brents AirBnB checked all those boxes. Lots of walkable restaurants, dedicated parking, safe, lots of local activities and was central to my place of work. Brent was very responsive to refill supplies and always there to answer questions about the local food scene and things to do. The place was cozy and well appointed. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with Brent!

This location was exactly what we expected!! The pictures are very accurate. The duplex was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. We would have loved to have stayed longer, but our insurance adjuster did not file for our extension in time. We would definitely recommend 😊

It was a very clean place. Very comfortable. Great place to stay. Just like staying in an okay hotel really. The walls are thin, but the stay was relatively quiet!
