Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kandıra

It was a pleasant and beautiful stay in every sense. It was a very clean and nice home. The pool looked a little dirty, but we soon realized that it was because it was in nature rather than being cleaned, and flies and insects entered it. The solution-oriented and friendly approach of the employees was nice, thank you.

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought out. The facilities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. Mr. Ahmet and his wife helped us in every way, and we were able to reach them whenever we wanted. I'm thinking of coming back, I'd recommend it to everyone!

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the house on the first day, even though it was a holiday, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came and helped us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

It was quiet and peaceful. There are no other houses around and it is very good in terms of privacy. The items that may be needed at home were thought of. Since the market, etc. is nearby, you do not have to go half an hour when you need something. It was very good with everything, thank you for everything.

Great place to stay. Peaceful neighbourhood, but only short walk to shops and restaurants in one direction and a short walk and a trip on a mechanical pontoon, across the river, the other way, to a wonderful beach. Well equipped kitchen in the huge downstairs room, with outside terraces, back and front. We had a very relaxing time.

Mr. Eşref was a brother to us, he was much more than a host. We were so pleased for 4 nights and 5 days that we will come again. I thank him very much. He was very helpful. He took care of us every day, every morning. He asked if there was anything missing. He was a very nice tradesman. He was not like a business owner running a place to stay. He was exactly like a brother. I hope he will be pleased. A magnificent building has emerged. There is nothing I can write as missing. I strongly recommend it to everyone. Even my relatives asked me many times where it was. Is there a better place to stay in the region? I don't think so. We came to Sapanca for the 2nd time. This is our first time going to Merus, but it won't be the last!😍🫡❤️👍🏻
