とても綺麗な宿でゆっくり過ごすことができました。 小さい子供がいましたが、荷物を運ぶ際に子供を見ていてくれたり、子連れに配慮したベッドメイキング場所の提案など温かいおもてなしをしていただきました。ありがとうございました。今回は利用しなかったのですがテラスでBBQもできるので、暖かくなったらまた宿泊したいと思います！

10分整潔乾淨，新，裝潢有木頭的香氣，溫泉很濃郁，設備很人性化，整體滿意

This place is amazing, especially after a few days in bustling Tokyo. It felt a little too secluded at first, until we could figure out taxi service. We spent a lot of time in the onset, which was magical, only went out once to the open air museum/to pick up food. We were away a little too long: it’s a great place to rest and read and chill. Good to take a break from eating out as much as well. It could be cleaner in spots but the deck, the hot springs and views are worth it.

Beautiful cabin. Very comfy beds. Couldnt fault the place. Be careful that local restaurants close very early. Would certainly recommend this place. Was a shame that we would be charged a lot extra if we wanted to use the BBQ.

両親と1泊させていただきました。 こんなに綺麗に富士山が見える所に泊まったのは初めてで、感動しました！ お天気にも恵まれて、夕方に富士山を眺めながらデッキでBBQ、朝もとっても綺麗な富士山を拝む事ができました。 虫さんがいるとのことで少し心配していましたが、思っていたよりは全然いなくて快適でした！ 気温も涼しくて、窓から入ってくる風が心地良かったです。 周りがとても静かで、朝はカッコウの鳴き声で心地良く目が覚めました。 設備もとても充実していて、不自由なく過ごすことができました。 今度は寒い時期に行って暖炉を使ったり、星空を眺めてみたいです。

建物自体と立地はとても素晴らしかったです。清潔感もあり、雪が降りましたが暖房器具が各室に付いていて建物全体がとても暖かくなり快適でした。ゴミ袋は予備が全くないので数枚は予備があってもいいのではと思います。調理器具がぼろぼろで使えなかった以外は快適でした。

質問にも迅速に回答していただき快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。

くつろげる場所でした。

清潔で落ち着いた環境でした。小学生の娘とその友人、あわせて５名で宿泊させていただきましたが、トレーニングマシンや人生ゲームなどを楽しめました。 寝具も清潔でしたし、コメントへの反応も早く安心できました。ありがとうございました！
