Bird of Paradise is a great place to stay in Kep. Secluded, yet only a 5 minute walk to the Crab market and a huge choice of restaurants. Of which, Stephen’s recommendations were spot on. Excellent meals. Breakfast was lovely, and delivered to our verandah to enjoy. Fresh bread, eggs, bacon, fruit and yoghurt. Super Kep beach is a $2 tuk tuk ride and is worth a mornings beach work! Stephen and family could not have been more helpful, even booking our onward travel for us, taking all the hassle out of the situation.

A bit away from the city but the place is amazing lots of pools looks like a resort

Very nice resort with multiple facilities. Nice natural pool and comfortable relaxing area. Spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and sunning deck. Massages available for reasonable costs. Gym and table tennis are also available. Restaurant with excellent local cuisine as well as excellent pizzas, burgers, salads, etc. Food is prepared freshly as it takes its time to arrive but the taste makes up for that easily. Hobbit huts are comfortable for sleeping. They are not very spacy but you will spend most of your time there outside anyways. Fantastic place I would definitely come back to and recommend.

Atmaland Resort is an excellent choice to stay in Kep. Staff are super-friendly and helpful.

If you want to feel the local Vietnamese as it is, I highly recommend it:) Our family was two adults and two children, and the flight to Phu Quoc was a late arrival time, but even in the late hours, they provided a pick-up service from the airport to the resort, so we were able to move around comfortably. In addition, the accommodation was really clean, and it was so pleasant that I couldn't find a single bug. The staff at the resort were also very attentive, and it was so nice that they tried to make it comfortable and relaxed during their stay. The pool was also deep enough for young children to play, and a deep depth that even adults could enjoy, so I had a lot of fun with my kids all day, and it was so much fun that even when eating lunch, the kids said they wanted to keep going into the water, so I was so touched that the staff told me to eat comfortably because they would take care of the children.🥹💖 What's really awesome is that the food is so delicious. My husband and I really like cilantro, but it feels like local food as it is, rather than tailored to the Korean taste, but each one was really delicious, so I kept eating it because it was different.. haha And first of all, I was surprised that the children also ate rice noodles and porridge, one of the foods provided at this accommodation. 👍🏻 So, I was worried that Vietnamese food wouldn't suit my taste, so I brought the steam for my children from Korea, but the food suited my mouth so well that I never fed steam:) The lack of this place was so good that we couldn't find it at all. It was better to be able to relax and feel closer to Vietnam in a quiet and secluded space than going to a crazy big resort:) I want to write more because there are endless things to compliment, but I only use it as much as this because there is a character limit. I definitely recommend it. Good.👍🏻

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The room was very clean. One of the highlights was that the venue offered free kayak use, which was such a nice surprise and a great way to enjoy the river. Breakfast was also a delight, I especially loved the Khmer noodle soup. It was delicious and gave a local touch to my mornings. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I visit Kampot. Highly recommended!

Can only wholeheartedly recommend Patrick and Tola's guesthouse. They put a lot of love into the accommodation (which they were new to a month ago) & they put just as much love/attention into their delicious vegan food & into the care of the guests. The location is a safe space. The room was very clean & nicely decorated. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view & the accommodation is right on the river & in the middle of Kampot. Anytime again, thanks for everything!

Fantastic tasty and yet healthy food! Great connections with local things to do including an amazing spa that picked us up in a boat.
