Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

" Captain's Quarters", at Sylvanrude, Lakebay WA

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Come to this beach cabin to relax, enjoy the gorgeous scenery, kayak, swim, or walk along the beach, and let your worries drift away. Located on Case Inlet's secluded Rocky Bay. This gorgeous cabin is packed full of fun and amenities! It's a destination in its own right. You won't want to leave. Well behaved pets are welcome. Relax and enjoy the beautiful spring and summer changes from your own private deck off the apartment. Enjoy the beautiful view. We upgraded our WiFi to a mesh system works great. The apt is approximately 750 sq ft sep bedroom, living room and mini kitchen above the garage with private entrance. There is a mud room to remove your shoes and coats before going up stairs. Enjoy the view of Eld Inlet in a peaceful, woodsy area. We recently put a Keurig coffee maker.

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
