Holiday rentals with beach access in Kamena Vourla

A spacious and comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea and located amazing and conveniently near a small beach. A place we would be happy to come back to. The small fishing town is a living history with its traditional old houses. All this adds to the friendly attitude and help that Nikos offers unconditionally.

It was nice to be able to walk to the public hot baths spot (where there is a changing cubicle), we found the old Roman 'Sulla's cave', and walked around the town; there are lovely views over to the mainland from the the seaside walk and lovely sunsets from the flat balcony. The flat is nice, roomy and comfortable.

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

The apartment was very new and completely decorated in our (modern) taste. It was close to the boulevard and the beach, everything within walking distance. An ideal base for our visiting Delphi.

We had a great holiday in this location, where we didn't miss anything. A welcoming, warm host, was at our disposal for any request. The apartment with all the amenities we needed, clean and with an extraordinary location. Basically ,from the terrace you enter the sea. And over all this .. the peace we need so much.

Paris was very helpful right away by having dinner ready for us the night we arrived. The room has practically everything you need and a mini terrace with a sea view. You have your privacy, or you can spend the evening with other guests at some dinners organized by Paris. He's from the island, born and raised, so he can recommend anything you want. He helped us look for the quad and lent us the beach umbrella. Oh, and the private beach is perhaps one of the most beautiful on the island.

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. I really liked Trikeri at the end of Pelion. Eleni's accommodation is top-notch, newly renovated, super clean, and has everything you need, plus a few little extras here and there. The bed is the coziest and most comfortable I've slept in in years. Eleni is a welcoming and generous host. The accommodation is very well located. I highly recommend it!

Everything is as described, very good (small and cute). Our only reservations are about the location, not the accommodation: we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the port is a huge car park for buses and cars, which then loses all charm, it's a shame that the municipality does not know how to resist overtourism.

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

Antigoni House was the perfect way to kick off island hopping in the Sporades. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The garden and its many areas for sitting and lounging was fantastic. Being literally right by the beach was also a highlight, easy to step from garden lounger for a swim to cool down. A couple of local supermarkets for essentials, a bakers and a few nice places to eat along the beach, Octopus was fab. Local taxi boat to Skiathos town or bus stop 10 at the end of the path, all in all a great spot to relax with easy access to all Skiathos has to offer. Thanks Fotis!

Φανταστικό! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the balcony, viewing the sea and drinking nescafe. The location was perfect for easily walking anyplace in Itea. And one of the nicest areas of Itea. The best base for easy traveling to many attractions. I think, however, it would be helpful to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the second floor. I realize the future plan is to install an elevator, but I think this is extremely important infomation. The only things I didn't find in the apartment were some ajax and windex for cleaning the bathroom/kitchen. (We were there for 10 days.

Nikos is a super host - we stayed a few nights at this apartment and it was a perfect base to explore Delphi and the mountains.

Bright, very spacious, pleasant appartment. Cozy, felt like home. Very well equipped, super clean. A nice veranda facing the small town square, where you can enjoy breakfast or a warm drink. Our host was very friendly and helpful, very sympathetic. Also flexible regarding our time of arrival, we did not have any problems in contacting him. The location is very practical, right in the middle of the small square (without being noisy), close to the sea (a small port, not a beach), easy access to the motorway. Free parking nearby. The wider region of Stylida is pleasant, with nice landscapes, good food, and a few beaches accessible by car (a 5-10 min drive).

A really cozy and lovely apartment!

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

Our stay at Nikos's excellent apartment was wonderful!! Cleanliness, quietness, easy parking, security and full equipment!! The host is friendly, polite, helpful!! An excellent recently renovated apartment in a beautiful and quiet area in front of the sea!!
