It is a renovated stone house, in the original style in this authentic place, but with all amenities for a relaxing holiday - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Everything was completed in June 2019, new air condition in 2023

Amazing view

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Ο χώρος μας είναι ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία της Φοινικούντας με άμεση πρόσβαση σε αυτή μέσω μερικών σκαλιών που σας οδηγούν κατευθείαν στην αμμουδιά. Η θέα είναι απεριόριστη και βλέπει όλη την περιοχή και τον κόλπο. Είναι απόλυτα εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, καναπέ και πολυθρόνα που ανοίγουν και γίνονται διπλό και μονό κρεβάτι αντίστοιχα. Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας.
