You are able to go ･Narita Airport about 60mins from Keisei-Yawata sta. ･Tokyo Disney Land about 30mins via JR-Motoyawata sta. ･Akihabara, Asakusa about 30mins via JR-Motoyawata sta. ･Makuhari messe -Conference Hall- about 30mins! via JR-Motoyawata sta. it takes 8-9mins from Motoyawata station! This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).
