Modernly furnished duplex apartment of 130 sqm with a private large swimming pool and a BBQ area only 350m. from the beautiful sandy beach , 20min. drive from Athens airport. The apartment occupies the two lower floors of a three-storey villa with a large fenced yard and has swimming pool and BBQ area for private use our guests. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and wc , fully equipped kitchen and living room with seating area with comfortable sofas , TV and dining table.

Koni's house, Saronida

Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.
