Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

Alkis was an amazing host! He went above and beyond with helpful directions and recommendations. Daily check-ins and lots of cleaning via whats app, to ensure we were happy. He even helped navigate the streets by piloting us through some closed roads when we went anywhere, many thanks Alkis.

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We can highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

I spent 5 nights here with my mother and 10 year old daughter, and I have not one negative comment…the house is better than pictures! The beautiful gardens give it a feel like being in a movie, and there is beautiful beach literally a few steps outside the house. There is lots of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We rented a car, but if you plan to just relax and stay close by, you don’t need one. There is also a bus that you jump on to take you to Old Chania. This place is perfect for families with young and older children. And it’s so comfortable you will not want to leave. Natalia, is so kind and sweet, and is near by should you need anything.

Mike was great from the start…we booked last minute and he texted me immediately. He made everything very easy and was extremely friendly when we got there to check in. He showed us everything about the apartment that we needed to know and gave us lots of tips on where to go to eat and to see the best sites. The rooftop space was beautiful and the apartment was very close to everything in the area… We were able to walk to everything! I would definitely recommend staying there… Thank you, Mike!

Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

Anyone who has gone on family holidays with their parents in the 90s and the next, and remembers them with nostalgia, stay here... It brought back memories of my childhood holidays. Very beautiful and simple space, with the hammocks in each apartment, the sun in the morning as it hit the grass, the smell of the morning watering, the seagulls that can be heard from afar and the whole setup made me think about it for every summer season even a 3-day stay with my family... The apartment has the basics, and anything one thinks they will need extra, I think the host who is excellent in terms of communication, will provide it! Thanks so much!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was super peaceful and we could not have imagined a better place for our vacation!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

So many emotions and so much gratitude that it’s hard to find the words… but I’ll try! The villa’s name says it all - What a View Villa! The breathtaking sea views, the sound of the waves, and the scents from the terraces and pool…. you just simply have to come and feel it yourself!😉 Often Airbnb homes are nice but lack soul. NOT THIS ONE! Everything inside and out is spotless, stylish, cozy, and full of heart. The moment you open the door, you feel truly at home. We stayed as a family of 6 with kids, and everyone had plenty of space and we instantly fell in love with place And the biggest treasure here is Zoi herself. What a Host! (Yes, with a capital H!) She made sure every detail was perfect and helped us even with personal matters, like a own family member would. Zoi, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We felt very comfortable. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the view of the sea. Everything you need is nearby and in a 30-minute walk along the sea you are in the old town of Rethymno. Special thanks to Pantelis, who took very friendly care of all our concern

Wonderful place to stay in Chania! Super convenient location, very nice and comfortable place with everything we needed. We did a lot of road trips so it was especially nice to have such an easy and convenient parking spot! I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania!

We had an amazing time at Elenis place! The apartment is very clean and has everything what you need. The beach is just a one minute walk away and there are plenty of tavernas to eat from with a sea view. The kitchen also had everything we needed for a breakfast. Eleni and her husband made us feel welcome and were always available. Chania is just about 20 minutes away by car. We would definitely come back again!

We loved the large balcony that wrapped around the apartment . The sunsets were incredible from there. The outside & inside furniture was of a very good quality and it was great to be able to sit out in the evenings. Inside is very well designed, a great layout, the kitchen is very well equipped and the sofas are very comfortable, the view from the sitting room and kitchen has an incredible sea view . The bathroom is really spacious with a great shower and 2 basins , all of a high standard. The 3 bedrooms all a good size, had lovely views towards the old village and town built up in to the mountain . The bedding was of an exceptional quality. The apartment was so close to the beach & to the the old town. We had incredible meals at both. A bus stop at the end of the road and many supermarkets were great too. Both Phillipe & Michelle were excellent hosts, attentive & helpful, you couldn’t fault them. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Words and photos cannot describe the beauty of this place. We had an absolutely magical visit. The home is comfortable and very clean and everything you need in the kitchen. Stella was the perfect host. She was so kind and thought of everything you might need. Make sure to follow her recommendations for restaurants as they were amazing. Thank you for the delicious homemade treats and a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We look forward to our return.

This place was wonderful. Most outstanding was the hospitality from our hosts; Artemis, Tasoula, Giorg, and Dimitris, all whom helped us with check-in or questions or help we needed. We were greeted with a warm welcome, some delicious food and a wonderful home. The place is clean and perfect for a beach location. The beach is beautiful and quiet and has a few restaurants near for food. there is a small mini market though it doesnt cater much for meals just the few extras you may need - though they were very friendly and nice. It was easy to communicate, check in and check out and teh beds were comfortable and clean. definite recommendation

This is the accommodation I chose for my honeymoon trip to Crete. Everything was really perfect. I checked in late due to a plane delay on the first day, but the host greeted me so kindly. The garden in the accommodation is really beautiful, well maintained, and you can meet the cats staying here. When you lower the electric blind in the large room, the sunlight is completely blocked, so it is perfect for those who like to sleep late. The small room also has a comfortable bed and a spacious built-in closet, making it a great place for anyone to stay. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, so it is good to wash wet towels and laundry after bathing. You can see the sea right in front of the accommodation, and if you walk a little, there is a clean and beautiful beach. It is very suitable for tourists as it is easy to access not only small supermarkets but also restaurants where you can eat while looking at the sea. The host was really kind and listened carefully to the necessary requirements. If I visit Crete again, I definitely want to stay again.

Thanks to Aline for her kindness and availability. We really liked the cabin and its environment is peaceful. We loved the absolute calm. Maybe because the restaurant next door wasn't open yet. The bed is a little hard but you get used to it. The kids enjoyed sleeping upstairs, like a cabin in a cabin. A big plus is the communication with Aline. Nothing to complain about!!! Thank you
