All by itself, at the far end of our property, stands our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Nothing but nature, and just a stone’s throw away is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Large terrace with sofa group and dining area. Chaise lounges are available as well as access to jetty and swimming area. WiFi. Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. The sea cottage

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from the balcony or the jetty. The cabin is approximately 40 square metres and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent a SUP for wonderful trips on the water.

Cosy cottage on a beautiful woodland plot. It has a secluded location at a height next to the forest. Fresh furniture and all amenities one can wish for. Drinkingwater comes from our own source and taste fantastic! Close to nice sea baths and possibility to go around Gula Vindövarvet, a beautiful walking path of 10 km through forest and along the sea. If you want to enjoy fresh air, peace & quiet, birds chiping and starry nights you've come to the right place!
