Miss lakmali and her home was amazing. They were very welcoming . We were provided extra linens for our beds . She had also installed a larger fridge as we were planning on staying for a extended ammt of time . It looked exactly as what the picture indicated . The area was peacefull and beautiful . The complex restaurent had good food . overall we are more than satisfied with the stay.

A gem in Panadura. I can't recommend this place enough. we will definitely stay here again. the host is really considerate and helpful. really professional. it's actually one of the best places we have stayed in Sri Lanka. the place is so clean which is the highlight of the place. the host is very kind and professional and you have everything you need for your stay. above all that great value for money. highly recommend this place

The place was exceptional if you drive your own car and want to stay away from the Colombo city hustle and bustle but not too far away. 10 mins away from the closest Highway exit, spot less cleanliness, good bedding and linen. The place is still very new and they are working on WiFi. The complex arena has a great restaurant and a cafe. Bimsara is a great, extremely helpful host. Will definitely return.

This is an absolute must-stay in Sri Lanka! Wijaya's property is a wonderful, bright and private apartment on the top floor of his sprawling house. The apartment has an AC-cooled bedroom, and ceiling fan-cooled living room, dining room and kitchen, all very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. There is also a large balcony. The place is clean and modern, with character furniture, very spacious and comfortable. The house is a comfortable walk to the beach through the verdant neighborhood, the star attractions the peacocks that gather on the surrounding rooftops. Wijaya is a fantastic host, and will go out of his way to ensure that your stay is excellent. In a country with great Airbnb hosts, he towers above the rest. Well beyond the basics, he went out of his way to take care of me when I had to find a hospital to get treatment after being bitten by a dog . Wijaya is very passionate about ensuring guests have a top quality experience!

This has been the best place my family and I have stayed while in Sri Lanka. Communication was easy. Sherine is responsive and accommodating to our needs. We felt safe while at the apartment. The front door has good locks and there is a gate and guard before entering the apartment complex. The apartment was clean and they left us some simple foods, drinks and supplies upon arrival. Check-in was simple and hassle free as there is a key box. The apartment area is beautiful and in a good location. We feel that the price we paid was a good deal for our stay and I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a place while they visit Sri Lanka to check out Sherine’s little place!

Had a lovely stay! The host was very friendly and responsive. The place was quite spacious and had a comfortable, home-like feel. However, the A/C wasn’t sufficient, it got quite warm inside, even with the two fans provided. That said, it was still worth the spend overall.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at Duminda's place. I had the entire top floor of the building to myself. It is spacious, well-designed, and nicely furnished. Duminda was very helpful by meeting me at the train station with his friend Samantha, who drives a tuktuk. During my time there, I was able to hire Samantha to take me to the Bawa sites that I wanted to see. If that is what you are after, I highly recommend him. I would not hesitate for a moment recommending Duminda's home. I would happily return if I am in the area again.

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Uday and his Mother are like our family now. Blessed to have such kind of people in a new country where we don't know the local language. Will surely return every single time when we plan again. Astounding and immensely caring host. Wishing them all success and happiness.

N is a very humble host. He is very helpful, very transparent and does his utmost best to serve his guests to create a magical stay experience. N took care of us as though we were his closed family members giving us a feeling that we were back home. I cannot express enough my sincere gratitude and appreciate to this fine gentleman whom I want to call as brother rather than a host. His breakfast serving for us is fit for a King! I would recommend to stay in this property if you want to be in good hands.
