Vila Velika se nalazi u Sertić Poljani, u Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera i udaljena je 12km od ulaza 1. Smještena je na osami,okružena prirodom,šumama i livadama. Za potpuni doživljaj nudi pogled koji se proteže na planine Velebit i Plješevicu. Od sadržaja nudi saunu, jacuzzy, hot tub vanjsku kadu na drva, vanjski tuš, dječje igralište,parking i wi fi. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe,kupaonicu i dodatni wc. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena,ima i perilicu suđa. Trgovine i restorani su udaljeni 10km.

Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 15. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet.
