The house has free parking in the yard and is located in a quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes walk from the main square of the village. It is 5 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the airport.

Απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Κέρος η οποία είναι ιδανική για τους λάτρεις του wind surf και kite surf. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με εσωτερική αυλή. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, καθώς και έναν καναπέ - κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία .

This two-storey stone house offers a cozy stay with a ground-floor living room and kitchen, and an upper floor with two bedrooms divided by a wooden wall. One has a single bed, the other a double and a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a balcony upstairs and a spacious yard below. Important: From Jan 2024, Greece requires a “Climate Resilience Fee” for all short-term rentals, set at €8 per night.
