Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The Kallistws House

Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. It is a space made mostly of wood, which makes it warm in winter and cool in summer. Downstairs is the kitchen where you can prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). Upstairs are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.
