Spacious two-room apartment (52 sqm) in a good location in the city center by the harbor. Large balcony to the south with lake view. Free parking in the warm garage downstairs, access to the apartment by elevator. Electric car charging, charged according to consumption. Barrier-free access. Cooling air heat pump. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a box mattress. The living room has a sofa bed (140cm). In addition, if necessary, an air mattress 80 cm. A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.
