Trigono Luxury House

A 500 year old Venetian Olive Mill completely renovated in 2017. The history of the house, starts during the latter part of the Venetian occupation of Crete.This beautiful medieval Venetian Olive Mill (factory or Fabrica) was extended during the Ottoman occupation (1669 to 1898) and was used for olive oil production.After an extensive renovation and vision of the arhitect Mrs. Nektaria Lainaki has now been converted into a luxurious 2 floor house, which can be rented up to a maximum of 8 people.

Wood and stone house

Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

We created this modern place dominated by the blue sky and the green landscape, a luxurious house with a unique view. It was built in 2019 with lots of love and passion. Here the traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities. It lies in the picturesque village Kaliviani Kissamou, just a few kilometers away are the renowned Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle.

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. Eva's House

The house is about 80 square meters and is located on the main road. All the necessary equipment regarding the kitchen and bathroom is provided. Super markets, bakery, gas station and restaurants are located nearby. In approx. 1 km there is a clear beach, ideal for families. The world famous beach of Falassarna is 7 km away, Balos 10 km, Elafonisi 45 km. We live directly above, so you can ask us anything you may need.

An artist and an art curator (Antonis and Sofia) have created two cabins as a flirt to the architect Le Corbusier's famous house Le Cabanon - everything a person need without excess space, in the stunning surrounding nature (of endless olive trees in our case) and with a sea view and access to a quiet beach just 10 mins away.
