This was a great place and a short walk to the beach. Also great how close it was to the airport after a long flight to the island. Wonderful Airbnb hosts as well as they were always super responsive and proactive. Loved being about midway between the North and Southside of the island. Couple places we loved near by, favorite shaved ice was Hee Fat and Malasadas at Paradise bakery. Like this rental, very reasonable prices and offer fantastic products!

Our family had a peaceful stay surrounded by amazing birds and beautiful trees and comfortable bed. We loved being close by the pool to enjoy the amazing pool area with bbq's too! Bridgette made sure we had what we needed for our 9 month old Grandson to sleep in Playnpak. We sure enjoyed all the beach and snorkeling equipment and ice chests! We would definitely come come and recommend this tranquil condo.

We had a nice stay in Princeville. Laura was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was in a great location for exploring the north shore. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Only complaint is the AC is pretty loud and didn’t reach one of the bedrooms but it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again.

Very clean and well appointed condo with ocean view. Recreational gear was available. Host provided notebook with pertinent information about the condo and the area. Parking was readily available.

Great spot, the community is very well manicured and quiet. The space itself is well maintained and well appointed with everything needed to get started. Nothing was "out of order" or needing repair while we were there. The condo is private and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. Parking does get a bit stressed towards the end of the day when everyone comes back from their day's activities. However here is a spot for overflow which we needed to use a couple times when we got back on the later side. There are some beach essentials available (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, umbrella and a small cooler) which we were very happy to find. Would highly recommend this place, it housed our family of 5 for almost three weeks and it was just right.

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

This lovely home is private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was a perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy both the natural beauty of north shore Kauai and the fun outdoors. The views of the mountains and greenery from the back of the home are amazing as is the sound of all the birds. Donkeys and horses came tight to the back fence, which our young daughters loved. Great beaches are minutes away. The home is not a far drive from Hanalei and Princeville, and there are also beautiful beaches along the way, so we visited and ate there a few times. This home is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing!! The house was very well stocked for all our needs. The kitchen had everything you needed, the shampoo and conditioner was amazing and plentiful ( even in the outside shower), the laundry soap was plentiful. They stocked the place so thoughtful for guests. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. The entire house wrap around deck is gorgeous. Perfect quiet location. Lots of outside protection from all the rain.

My family of 6 stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. The house sits secluded in its own grove of fruit trees, surrounded by a canal. It is also just a short few-min walk to Moloa’a Bay, which is never too crowded. The spacious house has everything you need to cook meals, or enjoy some downtime on the wrap-around porch. It also comes equipped with all of the necessities you would need for enjoying the beach- kayaks, surf boards, snorkels, towels, fishing rods, and more!

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

A Kauai gem, highly recommend! The house was amazing along with all of its amenities. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with beautiful views. Convenient location to everything on the north shore!

Great house! Lots of space for a big group, literally 45 seconds easy walk to the beach. We had a 3 year old and a 70 year old and we walked to the beach a couple times a day with no problem. Previous guests had left chairs, water noodles, floaties, sand toys, all the things that may be needed for the beach that nobody wants to bring in their luggage. The kitchen had tons of cookware. I was worried about this, as we planned on cooking a lot, but we had everything we could possibly need for cooking. Each bedroom has plenty of bedding, plus extra bedding for the pull out bed in the living room. There was about 6 beach towels that we used every day, so thankful for those! The yard is huge and lush and beautiful, however be prepared with lots of bug spray. There is no air conditioning and it was hot. We kept everything open, fans on, and relaxed and it was perfect. We cooked and did excursions in the mornings and evenings. The house was perfect! thanks!

Beautiful location, clean, matched description. The area is amazing, great restaurant options, easy access to the beach and the golf course provides a peaceful walkable area.

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

A very nice house. Maybe a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but the perfect size for our family of four (plus an infant). It's well laid out and the kitchen/dining/living room makes for easy socializing when preparing food. There is a great sloping lawn leading down from the back deck, which has a lovely view down the Kahlil River Canyon. Easy drive of just a few minutes to shopping and restaurants in Kilauea. Close to Hanalei and the Na Pali Coast, but far enough away to be quieter and more rural. The location is private and quiet although there is a little bit of road noise from cars heading down to the beach but that's over pretty much at nightfall. Very quiet during sleeping hours. Note 2: The entire North Shore closes down by 8:00pm. Plan on early dinners if you're eating out. We would happily stay here again if and when we return to Kauai. Recommended!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VACATION HOME WE HAVE EVER RENTED!!! HANDS DOWN! Every staff interaction and every single detail of the home, beautifully meticulous. I could weep at the grace displayed to my family. This home CRADLED us. What a MAGNIFICENT space. The energy was so clean. IT IS A HOME!! KAUAI was perfect, this home was exceptional and the way it cared for us; divine. STAY STAY STAY!!!!

We had a fabulous visit. The house was as described and matched the photos. The kitchen was well-quipped. We loved the view from the back deck. Our group of 8 made good use of the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment provided in the garage. One unexpected thing we discovered while walking is that albatrosses live in Princeville. We found a pair in a cul-de-sac at the end of Keoniana Rd. just a short walk from Thames place. Thank you Thames and Aida for a wonderful stay.

Great experience. Outstanding location is quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to shops, coffee, groceries, beach, walking path along golf course, basketball court, and park. Perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Plenty of fans, windows, and tradewinds to keep us cool, so the lack of AC wasn't an issue. Thrilled the garage had bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other amenities we didn't expect. Host was friendly and very helpful. Lots of bright lizards/geckos outside were fun to watch. Had to relocate a few baby geckos that snuck inside. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.

We loved Plantation Cottage. The lush landscape and mountain views with the ocean sounds were so peaceful. Truly felt relaxed! Cannot wait to return to Paradise in Hanalei!!

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at — if not the best. The home is absolutely beautiful, and our entire family felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was spotless, inviting, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras — from the bikes (a huge hit!) to the additional fans, beach supplies, and other small touches that made a big difference. It’s clear Anastasiia put so much care into creating a welcoming and enjoyable space for guests. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’re already hoping to return!
