beautiful home in the middle of Princeville. Drivable distance to grocery store and resturants. Takes about 10-15 mins to drive to hanalei (depending on time of day). Beautiful views of the bay from the backyard. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Cute place to call home for.a few days. Will come back.

Condo was well stocked with all the little things that make the stay feel more at home. Comfortable bed and everything worked well. Would recommend for others.

This was a super last minute booking. Raymond was accommodating and communication was easy. The place is very quiet and clean, with both the amenities of a hotel and comforts of a home. I was able to cook a few meals and make coffee every morning with ease. Local recommendations and guidebooks left out for guests were super helpful. The 6am bird symphony got me up and out for a magical sunrise walk every morning. The place is exactly as described. I got to recharge and relax here, which is just what I needed. Cannot complain. On the contrary, definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place! It was the perfect location to have a base for exploring the surrounding area of the North Shore. Her place was spotless and hands down the softest sheets of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll be back!

We LOVED this little place. By far, this was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The space was clean, spacious, and decorated so cute! Loved the bathroom counter space and large shower too. Our favorite was watching the sunset from the patio every single night; we made sure to be back every night because of the view! AMAZING! Also truly appreciated the beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) that saved us money from renting. Loved the hose on the back porch to spray everything off. The closet was also fully stocked with so many amenities including 2 cooler packs that we used daily. We absolutely will be back! Loved every second!

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets and in between were perfect days! We enjoyed our lanai and all the peacefulness there!!! Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was sooooooo comfy. Yes!!!! We would/will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredible and the recommendations were so great. There’s a few house rules which I’m not so used to but it was clear from the beginning and definitely helps to keep the place bug and critter free which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on Kauai staying at this beautiful studio! It was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with anything we really needed. The description and pictures were accurate, and after I asked Andrea if the studio had a beach umbrella in it, she bought one for our stay! It was very nicely decorated, and the space was comfortable for two people. The bed was also large and comfortable, which was nice! The location was perfect, situated a short drive from many nice beaches and restaurants. Andrea was very attentive, helpful and kind, providing us with local recommendations before our stay and providing us with quick responses upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time!

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Cari was very helpful & kind in allowing us to check in early and in helping us get acquainted w the area. Beautiful property, with all the supplies we could need. If I go back in fall through spring, I’d definitely stay there. But it was very warm at night sleeping without AC in June.

This is the third time we stayed at Deb’s place. We were here for a month this time. We get in the ocean every morning — with the currents and waves, we stay close to shore — and it’s a great way to wake up! The local restaurants and fruit stand supply our breakfasts. We used Deb’s beach chairs on Anini, Lydgate, and Poipu beaches. You really can’t beat the location. It’s so close to restaurants, right on the bike trail, and easy to get to the north or south parts of the island. The big recliners are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice too. Deb was super responsive to anything we needed. She is super quick to respond and if anything needs attention, she is on top of it right away. We loved being on the 2nd floor, with the nice view and privacy. The elevator was a big help when moving in with our luggage. We used the facility washing machine and dryer twice and they worked just fine. A great stay.

Shannon's condo is a great escape! Clean and comfortable, stocked with towels, amenities, and everything you need for the beach including beach towels, chairs and a cooler. Shannon was an excellent host, reaching out proactively with checkin instructions. She was also flexible with checkin and checkout times, which was great when our flight arrived early. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our grandson and his wife stayed in this Princeville condo for their honeymoon. They said their stay was amazing! The condo was just what they wanted and expected from the listing. There was everything they needed for their day trips to the beach or for hiking. The front desk was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great location for all north island activities. loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay. Long drive to South Island activities but knew that going in. Condo was great for two of us as we spent most of the time out and about. Consider bringing/buying additional beach towels as it was quite an effort to keep the two provided dry between days. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Dan was a fantastic host - he sent us an entire guide-book with detailed recommendations and he really made us feel at home. Looking forward to our next stay here in the future!

This condo is on a great little resort. It is very uncrowded and the beach is just steps away. There is a ton to do and see walking distance from this condo. The ground floor is nice as well.
