There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there is a double bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom/office has a single bed.
