The modern residence "Methia Villa" was built in 2025, and is ready to welcome you. It is a standard prefabricated house of 46 sq.m., of metal construction. The name "Methia", denotes someone who is drunk with happiness, in the local slang, and was given to the residence, to describe the peace and happiness that someone feels, surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan living room-kitchen area, where there is a sofa that becomes a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m). The pool’s size is 4.00m x 2.20m x 1.20m (depth). The facilities that we provide you, cover the needs for long-term holidays with comfort and luxury, and we are willing to discuss with you, other possible requests.

A beautiful,traditional villa 5 minutes walk from Agios Onoufrios beach and the local restaurant. The villa was renovated in January 2025. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an extra wc next to the living room with washing machines and dryer. The outdoor area is spacious with a private pool and a smaller pool with hydro massage. In the outdoor area there are also 6 comfortable sun-beds with thick leather mattress,a dining area and a gas barbecue.

The Vlamis villas consist of 4 adjacent apartments and one separate one, the Junior Villa. The villa was renovated in 2023. The design is based on clean geometries and natural materials in light tones. Materials such as wood and fabric, combined with pastel tones, were used to create a welcoming and peaceful environment for guests. Emphasis was placed on the study of lighting in order to combine different lighting qualities throughout the day.

Villa Merina is located in Gerolakkos Kerameion, 15km, about 20 minutes by car from the city of Chania and 35km from the International Airport. It offers a garden with an outdoor pool, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Free private parking is available on site. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric cooking hobs and a refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is also provided in all areas. Villa Merina includes towels and bed linen.

This room is part of an apartment hotel, Esplanade Apartments. The story of this hotel begins in 1960. Back then, my father Michael, emigrated to Canada with an aim. When he was going to return, he would build his own family hotel. Having been born and raised abroad I know how important it is for someone to feel comfortable at his place of staying. So, I always try to do my best for my guests and make them feel like home.
