Mollie’s Paradise was perfect for our family of four. Molly was a wonderful host, very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The house was clean a the kitchen was well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood.

Lee’s home is perfect in every way imaginable. Our family of four had a spectacular vacation. We are already planning our next stay.

We had an amazing time at Joe and Anna’s place! The location was ideal, tucked in a quiet area but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you’d want in an Airbnb. The kitchen had all the utensils and essentials for easy cooking, and the pool was perfect for our kids, especially with the fun pool toys that were already there. Joe and Anna were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Marilyn's place is flawless. My husband and I have been booking places through airbnb for a while and this was definitely the best one ever. I am very picky with cleanliness, and this place was spotless. Craig the home caretaker made sure to gave us all the information we needed, show us around, besides being super nice and friendly. The view from this tiny house was incredible, the place was exactly like the pictures, comfortable and had everything we needed. Marilyn's hospitality was amazing. She left us fresh fruit from her garden and a delicious cake on the fridge for when we arrived. Both Craig and Marilyn made us feel welcomed and made our experience perfect. We hope to come back someday.

Our group absolutely loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive and the pictures don't even do the place justice. We loved the view and relaxing by the pool until it was time to hit the beach. The location is ideal; it is not too far from Kona (8 minute drive) but you feel like you're in a jungle oasis.

The house, which is very spacious, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (the only real noise is from the many birds), which is five minutes from a grocery store and some restaurants in Waikoloa Village, and there are many restaurants, beaches, and things to do within a 30-minute drive; downtown Kailua-Kona is 45 minutes, and Volcanoes National Park and Hilo are about two hours (but easy driving everywhere, except for typical urban traffic congestion in Kona). The landscaping is amazing, and the backyard with a swimming pool is extremely private. It is also west-facing, so you get gorgeous sunsets with a slight ocean view (the property is inland). The AC units (for which there is an extra charge) are only in the bedrooms, so the house gets stuffy during the day, but cools off quickly in the evening. We had one minor maintenance issue, but the host, Andy, was responsive and addressed it quickly. We would definitely return if we have a future trip to the Big Island.

This home was the most well appointed, thoughtfully set up home that we’ve experienced. For a family of 5, the owners have anticipated the needs of a family vacationing from the mainland. Plenty of all beach items including beach umbrellas, chairs, wagon, all types of water toys & snorkeling equipment. They were also immediately responsive on the questions we posed. Such a wonderful experience and stay!!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Mary’s place. The home is nestled in a lush, serene setting and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Mary and her property manager were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking evening walks to catch the sunset over the ocean at the nearby park. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we loved the open-air layout—it felt like a home away from home. Waking up to the sight and sounds of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom is something we’ll miss. Thank you, Mary, for graciously sharing your beautiful space with us! The memories our family made at this home are something we'll always hold dearly.

Hollin was very responsive and professional. He mediated very well and provided clear instructions when arriving to include wifi information. Unit was clean, spacious and minutes away from the airport. Great for a staycation or visit to Kona.

We enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s place! Very clean and well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. The beach towels, chairs, etc were an added plus and we didn’t have to buy anything additional. Beds were comfortable and AC provided sufficient comfort. Ample parking and proximity to main areas (food, grocery, gas) while maintaining a sense of serenity. Only downside was the loud roosters, especially early in the morning, but that is out of the control of the host. Earplugs were provided if needed.

Our stay was perfect, we were really happy with choosing Jon’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. Jon and Ivan were great hosts and very attentive when we asked for help with something minor. I would definitely stay again!

Peter and Lori are friendly and welcoming and their property is truly lovely -- it is evident that a lot of care, effort and thought goes into to maintaining it. The cottage makes a perfect home base for exploring the area. It is also so pretty and comfortable that you just might want to pick up a pizza, watch some Jeopardy and dream about what it would be like if every Friday evening was that perfect :) Thank you so much Peter & Lori!

This place was beautiful and had amazing views. We loved the patio. There was nothing unexpected from the listing. Things to note: there is no a/c so the bedrooms are a little musty. Thankfully there were fans available otherwise the still air would’ve been tough to manage. There are ALOT of rules with this place. If you’re looking for stress free, this place is not for you. We were provided a thesis when checking in with a lot of threats of being charged if we didn’t follow the rules as well as a whiteboard on the fridge with the same rules.

We can’t say enough about this dreamy stay! Such a perfect fit for our honeymoon on the big island! Jane was so sweet and helpful! Spending our mornings relaxing on the lanai and taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Kona!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for all our stuff. Wonderful lanai with views of the coastline and ocean (we spent many mornings out there with our coffee enjoying the view and listening to the birds). Easy drive to local hikes and downtown Kona (with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bakeries, etc). And good launching point for longer trips around the island. Eric and Christy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We really enjoyed their company (not to mention their lovely dog, Bean). We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place was just perfect, close to town yet away from all the noise. Definitely plan on staying here again! George was very quick to respond and a great host overall. The views of the ocean were amazing. We loved waking up and drinking our coffee on the lanai and enjoying the view. Place was comfortable and spacious.

Everything worked as advertised. The house worked out well for our vacation head quarters. Easy drivable access to airport and other main roads. Parking was always available. Relaxing backyard with beautiful views.

My family & I stayed here for over a week… it felt like home. The place was beautiful! Beautiful views every sunrise and sunset. Communication between everyone was AMAZING. I do not plan on staying at a resort ever again- because this place was much better than any resort for my family and I. It was close to all stores that we needed to go, driving distances to all the places we wanted to see and shop at. I have been recommending this beautiful place to all friends and family to come out to the big island longer than a couple of days!

This airbnb was fabtastic. The home felt breezy and was very clean. There were 5 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The home was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook and plenty of beach towels. The home is nearby plenty of sites and restaraunts but far enough away that it felt peaceful. Charles is a wondeful and responsive host!

I really enjoyed the stay at the place. Everything is clean and cozy. There’re AC, washing machine, and dryer, pretty helpful and crucial as the local temperature is high. There’re also amenities like beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, life vests, and noodles. The hosts are always friendly and super responsive. The place is really worth its price.

This place was outstanding and Veronika was absolutely the best. We felt so comfortable and at home staying there. Far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Close enough to get anywhere quickly. The chickens, pigs, kitties and babette the goat were our kids favorites. My wife and I loved all the comfortable lounging areas throughout the home. Also the sky at night there is beautiful and full of stars! We would absolutely come back for another stay next time we visit.

Great host. You get the first floor of the house. It is very peaceful and private, so every time you come back from an outing, you feel like you are coming home. It is located in a great area and you can catch the beautiful sunsets on the outside patio. Close to the airport so it definitely helped me not have to get up ridiculously early to catch my morning flight Ron & Danny provide a lot of nice extras, such as beach accessories and even found sunburn treatment, which was very nice. Very responsive to messages if you have a question or if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again if i do another Hawaii vacation.

Everything was so great, the yard is spectacular and the owners are so nice! They definitely put a lot of work in and had almost everything you could need! We had so much fun!
