You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

The Aegean Sea with a beautiful sandy beach is about 200 meters from the house. The house was completed in July 2024 and you can be the first guests.
