Waterfront holiday rentals in Kalamazoo County

Another wonderful weekend getaway at Stephaney's place. We love fishing off the pier, relaxing on the porch with the beautiful view of the lake, and the coziness of the cottage. Our pup is so happy to have room to run and swim. Great breweries and restaurants in neighboring towns. A highlight of our summer.

My partner and I stayed here a couple nights and overall very much enjoyed the space. Inside the apartment was clean and updated. We did have trouble getting in (the code didn't work) but they were there within 10 minutes to help. The heat also wasn't working (stayed about 63 degrees in there) but again they did everything they could to help and we eventually found a space heater on the last day while we were packing up. We didn't love the overhead shower but that was a personal preference. If you are like me and don't wash your hair every day, bring a shower cap. Even with these few kinks I would stay there again because it was clean and they were extremely communicative and did what they could to make us happy and feel comfortable! Also great view of the pond outside the window.

I had an amazing stay at Scott Lake! The building where the AirBnB is located is absolutely beautiful, and I loved learning about its history. The area is perfect—private and peaceful, yet with plenty to do. My friend and I had a fantastic time kayaking on the lake and spending the evening by the bonfire under the stars. We’re already looking forward to visiting this place again!

The place was cozy and cute. Sleeping arrangements are cozy with a bunk bed and queen in the bedroom, so make sure you're OK with that. It's right on Thornapple river and we loved just sitting out there and fishing for our one day stay, my nephew caught 3 bass! The hosts were very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

What a wonderfully peaceful rental. Horses in the corral with morning mist surrounding them. Hiking paths thru the woods and a small lake with kayak's. What's not to love. Checking was a breeze and Amy was so friendly and charming. 5 Stars all around

Not only was the place peaceful and serene it was clean and perfect. She allows you in to her barn to visit with the horses. the little dogs were great. 1 of the young ladies gave me hay to feed 1 of the horses. the sunset last night was beautiful. A great way to celebrate 20 years of marriage.

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

We had a great family vacation at Santiago's property. The location was the main reason we got it as we have family and friends living in walking distance. Loved the interior decoration. The view from the bay was amazing.

There were plenty of seating areas, perfect for relaxing with a book, enjoying a cup of coffee, or gathering with friends and family. Every detail was considered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. We especially loved the great selection of games that made our evenings so much fun – perfect for gathering around the fire and enjoying quality time together. The picturesque lake view was the cherry on top, creating a serene backdrop for a truly relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable retreat. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the lake in the Summer!! This is a great year round spot.

Great location, easy to find. Very relaxing time. Host made it to easy to get a hold of in case of emergency or if you need anything else for your stay. Definitely recommend! Cannot wait to go back!!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway! Nice and quiet with everything needed to take it easy by the lake.

This Airbnb was really nice. We were so happy to find it on short notice. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful and gracious. He was patient with my questions and flexible with us needing to change a few things unexpectedly with the stay. The back deck was my spot. It was so peaceful and my favorite place to be while at the house. We would definitely stay again if it’s available. They really did think of everything.
