Our stay at Sarandos' house was really great! From the beginning of our communication we understood that we are dealing with a professional who respects his property and his clients. Our arrival was easy and gave us a very pleasant surprise as the house was in a very beautiful and quiet part of the city that was close to many activities. In person it's even nicer and cared for in every detail. Spotless, cool, and with privacy. The garden creates a great atmosphere and can be used throughout the day. Sarantos, willing to help us and immediately supplies everything we needed. His kindness and friendliness made us feel very comfortable. We thank him very much and hope to be back soon! Great location very close to all key landmarks of Sparta. Very comfortable flat, very clean and cozy. Very friendly host, active and helpful. A great offer altogether.

A very cozy apartment with a spectacular view. Lots of space and walking distance to both tavernas and the beach. Very friendly and service minded host, included a nice dinner when we arrived. If you want to experience Skoutari with your family this is a great place to go!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the beaches were clean and fantastic and just a short drive away from the accommodation. Highly recommend Skoutari and Mavrovouni beaches. Great tavernas, local and also in Gytheio. We would definitely stay here again.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

The listing matches the photos well It is very clean and functional The view is splendid and the sunset is just beautiful Direct access to the pool is a + Air conditioning is very useful and works great We had the residence for 4 days on our own For us he didn't have a lot of negative things: the path to the residence is pebbled yes but didn't bother us at all The wifi is not very good .. a shower mat would have been helpful and especially a few pots and pans and others for cooking . Only a pot I say ONLY a pot was available! I think you can fix this quickly to make your place just PERFECT I still recommend this rental

Wonderful beds that were first and further on the apartment by the sea, quiet area and many nice restaurants nearby. Also beautiful beaches and cozy beach bars where you can eat. Reception by Anna was great. Very friendly and helpful. Also, it was no problem to check in earlier ( early flight) we had communicated this with her and when we arrived we could get right in. All great!

We had a wonderful stay in Magnolia apartment at Arokaria! The apartment is great, and provides everything you need when you are on vacation. Very well equipped, modern clean and nice. The terrace has a beautiful view and furniture including sun beds. The host Pietro met us in the village to escort us to Arokoria, and had provided us with mineral water, breakfast ingredients, fruit and beer. before arrival. The location is perfect 50 meters from the beach and 10 minutes to Charakoria by car, the nearest village. I hope I'll come back soon and I highly recommend Arokaria.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

We were very happy with the place and Anna was always available if we needed anything. Unfortunately, there were some small flaws, so the shower shower was broken and there were plenty of ants, but otherwise everything was great.

What a wonderful place with great hosts! The location is amazing with beautiful views of the bay. At night it was so peaceful that we could hear the wildlife. Fiona and Dimitris are lovely hosts, always responsive, and so helpful, which made us feel at home straight away. The local village is only 5mins by car, with lovely restaurants right at the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
