Condo holiday rentals in Kalamata

Apartment is within walking distance of downtown where there are many nice restaurants and bars. Due to the shutters in the apartment, you do not notice that you are so close to the center and you can enjoy your night's sleep. Questions are answered very quickly and apartment for us was above expectation of what you see on the pictures. We enjoyed Kalamata!

I've stayed at this unit 2 times. I think I can't go anymore! This time we had a 1.5 year old kid with us and it was very good that we were in the center! You were going out on the huge balcony which does not have railings but builders and you knew that the child was safe, while at the same time it was like being in one of the shops. The house is not loaded so it is difficult to damage and the kitchen fully equipped to prepare its food. It's a little noisy because of the centrality of the spot, but as soon as you close the aluminum it is completely quiet for sleeping. And moreover after 12 the shops are slowly closing so ok.. I recommend it for a family with eyes closed

The apartment was really nice in a really good location, there was a cafe nearby like 1 minute walking, the apartment is really big and comfortable, the communication with the owner was really good! I totally reccomend it!

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The communication with the hostess went smoothly, the apartment was super clean, very well equipped and also very spacious in terms of layout, so that we did not get in each other's way with four adults. It was in the middle of a residential area, quietly located for Kalamata. Both the beach and the city centre were within walking distance. We really felt comfortable all around.

The place was excellent and covered all the comforts of a family. Mrs. Katerina welcomed us in the best way, with a beautiful mood and a smile! Very clean space in all the rooms of the house and I would gladly go again!

The room is located in an estate with various trees giving you the opportunity to get close to nature and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the host offered our son crayons to paint on the floor of the courtyard, something that made him very happy since it was the first time he went to an accommodation. Thank you for the hospitality, we will see you again.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.

Everything was as we expected,George very understandable and responded directly to messages. He also left us things in the kitchen and bathroom that made it easier for us to stay. He was definitely worth his money and thank you very much for staying!

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

The listing matches the photos well It is very clean and functional The view is splendid and the sunset is just beautiful Direct access to the pool is a + Air conditioning is very useful and works great We had the residence for 4 days on our own For us he didn't have a lot of negative things: the path to the residence is pebbled yes but didn't bother us at all The wifi is not very good .. a shower mat would have been helpful and especially a few pots and pans and others for cooking . Only a pot I say ONLY a pot was available! I think you can fix this quickly to make your place just PERFECT I still recommend this rental

We had a wonderful stay in Magnolia apartment at Arokaria! The apartment is great, and provides everything you need when you are on vacation. Very well equipped, modern clean and nice. The terrace has a beautiful view and furniture including sun beds. The host Pietro met us in the village to escort us to Arokoria, and had provided us with mineral water, breakfast ingredients, fruit and beer. before arrival. The location is perfect 50 meters from the beach and 10 minutes to Charakoria by car, the nearest village. I hope I'll come back soon and I highly recommend Arokaria.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

Really value for money, a sea view swimming pool with a balcony. Convenient store close by. Beautiful sceneries around. Anastasia is very helpful. Had Stayed for three nights, Sure I will come back if I visit Peloponnese again.

What a wonderful place with great hosts! The location is amazing with beautiful views of the bay. At night it was so peaceful that we could hear the wildlife. Fiona and Dimitris are lovely hosts, always responsive, and so helpful, which made us feel at home straight away. The local village is only 5mins by car, with lovely restaurants right at the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
