Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalafati

Stay at Niko’s was amazing! I have zero complaints. He met us upon arrival, carried our luggage, and walked us to the apartment. The location was amazing and we were able to walk to any restaurant or bar in Little Venice. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay in Mykonos. Right outside the main old port area with all the shops and bars. Super easy to walk into town, scooter rental right next door. Also far enough where it’s not too loud at night. Staff is very friendly and have outstanding service. Nice views of sunset and a balcony. AC works well. Very small rooms however. Would recommend for a couple to stay.

The flat was very nice, especially the shape of the bathroom, bed and kitchen. We had all what we needed and could walk to beach within 8 minutes. Bus connection is great and near the flat. Sofia was all the time reachable for questions that was very helpful! We would gladly book it again.

This is a cute, comfortable bnb with a great view of Mykonos. The only negative would be the stairs to get to the residence. We knew about them bc we read the reviews but thought it would be worth it for the view and it was. The views are beautiful. There is a cute patio which is great for sitting out on with some wine and cheese to enjoy. The residence is in a quiet area away from the busy Mykonos town which is a plus. The residence was fully equipped and Angelina was very sweet and responsive. Would recommend.

Apostolos was very helpful and a wonderful host. His home was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only a short walk to town.

The house in Mykonos was absolutely breathtaking! It exceeded all of our expectations! We were comfortable and the team at Bluewater Mykonos was absolutely amazing, catering to our every request quickly, and kindly! The restaurants were within walking distance, as was the beach. Stunning views! 10 out of 10!!! We WILL be back!!

We absolutely loved our time at Fanis’ place. The terrace is huge and the view is to die for. Ever so attentive and helpful with recommendations and instructions, nothing was too much of a bother. Thanks Fanis for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Eftyhia's place! She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Her recommendations for the best spots to visit and the tastiest local food were spot on. She also spoiled us with some delicious homemade pastries—such a lovely touch! The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Its central location made it super convenient to get around the island—everything was easily accessible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm host and a comfortable stay!

Our stay at this Mykonos gem was nothing short of perfect! The location is absolutely ideal—right next to all the action. Just steps away from great restaurants, vibrant nightlife, charming boutiques, and the breathtaking waterfront, we truly felt immersed in the magic of Mykonos from the moment we arrived. Despite being so central, the home was quiet and peaceful. It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and had an excellent view of the sea and the daily sunsets. The host was friendly, very helpful, and made check-in a breeze. He set us up with a reliable transportation company that we used for several of our trips. We also used the bus system with the bus station being only a 5-minute walk from the house. Whether you’re looking to explore the iconic alleys of Mykonos Town, enjoy the beach clubs, or simply soak up the island’s energy, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend —we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us great local tips. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved chilling on the balcony with that gorgeous sea view. Mykonos is pure magic, and this Airbnb made it even better. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

This place was lovely!! It looked exactly like the pictures and we were very happy with it. It was very clean and located in a cute area. Our only complaint is that it is very loud at night time, as there is a night club directly outside the door that runs until 4am (however, we had read other reviews before booking and we did expect this, so it was not a shock to us). The host also provided us with earplugs which I thought was very thoughtful as a guest. We were really happy with this place, and totally recommend it if you don’t mind the noise at night time😊

It was a really pleasant stay. The location is convenient and very close to the bus station, it takes only 5 minutes walk. The room was clean and tidy, it was spacious enough for two of us. The mattress was so comfortable as well. The host was super friendly and responsive, she helped to arrange private transport for us upon arrival and provided some useful recommendations during our stay. Generally, I would highly recommend this comfortable, clean and convenient studio.

Nice apartment. Lovely outdoor space. About a 15 walk to paraga beach but wouldn’t do it at night.

A lovely airbnb with an amazing host!

Beautiful stay and fantastic location!! The views were breathtaking and the space was decent and matched the photos. I enjoyed using the pool, and Zoi was a very helpful and responsive host. She attended our every need - such as when we needed more soap, or pans for cooking. When we first arrived the room smelled like mold and we brought this up and she switched our room. She provided local recommendations as well and took photos of us. She also connected us with a driver that would be cheaper than uber and told us of a local delivery app which was helpful. The location was walking distance to town where we shopped and ate every day. Gorgeous sunset views every night. Also cute dog named Silky!

This was the perfect place to stay. Private yet you can get around by walking or ATV easily. It was clean and they are so friendly. I felt safe and at home here!!

She is not only a Superhost in name but in every sense of the word — incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond in every way: driving us around the island, preparing delicious homemade Greek delicacies, and even sharing some wonderful local Greek wine with us. Her hospitality and personal touches made our trip so special and authentic. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, located perfectly for exploring Mykonos. But what made this stay stand out was Afroditi’s generosity and amazing spirit. She’s by far the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb — if you get the chance to stay with her, don’t hesitate!

Fantastic location, right in the heart of everything but still private enough that you don't hear the noise. Lovely spot for the two of us and loved the extra amenities like the coffee machine and ironing board. We landed very late at night so it was a bit hard to find at night but once we used Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, it was easy! I'd definitely stay here again!
